I called Matt when I identified my bi fold doors weren’t working as well as they had been. At the initial appointment he honestly advised what work was needed which I agreed to following a detailed quotation. Another Matthew undertook the work to a very high standard. He was very professional and thorough in his work and my doors now glide open and closed.

Pro-Lock are exemplary in their customer service and quality of work. We had to call them in urgently to repair a severe issue that a supposedly good national bi-fold door repairers had not progressed after 3 months.

Matt assessed and identified the problem within minutes of arrival. He secured the OEM part that same day and his excellent engineer (another Matt) completed the repair exactly on time as Matt had promised ten days earlier.

At all times Pro-lock responded within minutes of an update request. Their level of professionalism and customer care harks back to a different age. These gents take absolute pride in their work, how they treat their customers and the utmost respect they show at all times.

The absolute icing on the cake on top of everything else is they are actually cheaper than the other so called professionals. If you have found Pro-Lock and you want you Bi-Fold to be serviced, maintained or in any other addressed go with Pro-Lock you wont be disappointed and you wont find better. I can say that with absolute certainty after owning a bi-fold for 15 years and having to put up with the other service providers that don't understand the products as well or have the sort of relationships with the manufacturers that Pro-Lock do.

Matt was punctual, friendly polite and very knowledgable and explained what he was going to do and reasons for it. From the outset at the original assessment and I felt confident in the knowledge and diagnosis of the fault and that it could be resolved.

The service was absolutely superb. At the initial appointment, Matt clearly identified several issues with our doors that had been causing leaks and some water damage, including mistakes from the original installation. He then came back and fixed everything, and the doors now work better than when they were first installed. He also replaced all of the internal seals, which had shrunk and looked terrible.

Matt responded immediately when I contacted the company after the lock on my bifold doors jammed. Amazingly he was able to attend the next working day, and returned a week later to fit a replacement lock he had sourced in the mean time. Super efficient, effective and knowledgable!

I had a howling gale blowing through my door. Matt visited to assess the issue, recommended remedial work and arrived, as agreed, 10 days later to carry it out.
Matt worked calmly, cleanly and professionally to re-seal the door and carried out routine maintenance to ensure its efficient operation.

Moved into a property that was less than four years old and had two sets of bi-fold doors. One set was very difficult to open (end door catching on frame) and as this was the primary exit from the kitchen to the rear garden and garage it quickly became a very frustrating problem. Although a competent DIY person I couldn’t even locate any means of adjusting the doors so decided to call Pro-Lock and very glad I did. Matt from Pro-Lock immediately identified the make of the doors and after about 20 minutes of inspection and taking numerous measurements gave me a detailed verbal report on the causes. I received a quote within 48 hours and as soon as the required parts to repair were available Matt returned and spent around four hours fixing and servicing the doors, which as initially expected were not installed correctly in the first place. The skill and care expended by Matt was impressive and so was the end result. Now the doors operate as the manufacturer intended and should give many years of trouble free service. These doors clearly need specialist knowledge and skills to get right so for peace of mind that a fix will last, call on Pro-Lock.

Matt came out and had a look at our bifolds which since install have never been right, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me the issues I was having, I received a quote for the work needed quickly and got booked in with him. When he came to do the repair work he was polite, patient ( with children and a dog running around) and extremely professional. The doors now work the way we always hoped. I would recommend Matt without hesitation.
