We booked Big Baller Bus for my daughter’s prom and couldn’t have been happier with the service.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the booking process was straightforward and professional. The Mercedes Landjet was exactly as described, looked amazing, and made the girls feel very special on their big night.

The driver arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly despite multiple pick-up locations. As a parent, reliability and safety were my main concerns, and Big Baller Bus delivered on both.

The girls had a fantastic experience and loved arriving at prom in style. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big Baller Bus for proms or any special occasion transport.

The boys loved the whole experience. Turned up to prom in style and had a great time long the way. Taran did a fabulous job navigating some truly treacherous local terrain to get to the pick up spot on one of the hottest days of the year.

I hired the pink party bus to take myself and a group of friends to a festival and it was a great experience, we did an hour of karaoke also. The service from the team leading up to the booking was really attentive and friendly. Alex our driver was great and drove us around to requested areas en route to our final destination with no issue at all. The bus was really clean inside and plenty room for us all. Would really recommend!

Fantastic Service from BBB for our trip to Ascot - from the slick booking process (thanks Chris), excellent communication and door to door service in a fantastic vehicle - Alex and Imran our drivers were both excellent drivers, always looking to avoid the traffic and making sure we had everything we needed- they both went above and beyond, we’ll be booking again!

Firstly the communication standards with this company is phenomenal!! They communicate effectively and consistently, able to answer any questions efficiently. Our driver Taran communicated with us before the booking and was very friendly, professional and helpful, making the experience that little more special for prom. Overall an amazing service and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking with them there will be no regrets. Will definitely be using them in the future!!!

Only reason for the 4 stars is that the limousine was boiling hot inside as the AC wasn’t working fully.
Otherwise we had a fantastic time with all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend and will book again for another special occasion. Thank you to our wonderful driver for his professionalism and patience.

We had a limousine for my sons 21st birthday, it was easy to book and the communication was good. The driver we had was really nice and happy to accommodate us taking pictures before during and after the pick up and drop off .The limousine was gorgeous, clean, the lights were lovely and the happy birthday on the display personalised it beautifully!
My only little niggle, was that I thought the driver could have been dressed smartly, rather than in a hoody, this would have given it more of a professional touch in my opinion.
I would recommend big baller bus and would use them again.

I hired a 8-seater limo for my wife’s 40th birthday with her gang of besties. All the girls have told me to write a very positive review- they said it was just amazing. I have been told it was a fabulous experience, and particularly the chauffeur, Alex, was such a gentleman. He never said no to any stops, ensured thar the ladies were always safe, and utilised the entire booking time. Considering it was from 11-30 pm to 3-30 am, he could easily have dropped them earlier when the energy was sagging towards the end, but he did not, instead provided them with options and drove them around. Absolutely professional!!! A big thanks to Big Baller Bus and Alex.

Great service, drivers communicated times etc well. Bus was clean and the music was easy enough to use. The only downsides were no money guns available.l despite it being part of the package. The bus was super hot and no air con, the big fan at the front of the bus was only switch on on our way back. I was told no fridge to keep the drinks cool so thankfully prepared for that but upon getting on the bus found an old broken fridge which would have been great to use in this heat if it was working. Also the 1st driver threw away our glass tupperware which clearly wasn't disposable.
Overall had a great time though!

Great service from Big Baller Bus! Communication and booking were very easy through WhatsApp, and we were able to see videos and images of the limo before confirming our booking, which was really helpful.

On the day, we had a lovely driver called Alex who was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The car arrived on time, and we had a smooth and comfortable journey home — couldn’t ask for more!

We would definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

Super easy to book and great communication and service from the very start. Our party bus arrived on time and was absolutely amazing! Driver was very kind and the bus itself was very clean and exactly like the pictures with fun lighting and a great sound system to connect to and play your own music.
