I ordered a Edimax 1 Meter 10GbE cable online. Checked to make sure if there were enough stock for this particular 1 meter cable, yes it was. I've ordered express shipment to my address. One week goes by no update so I decided to ring them on Frida the 27th of September, no response. I then decided to email them, I got a reply to advise VIC is closed due to a public holiday. Then on 1st of October I got an email from PayPal advising me Big Box computers are refunding my money. No word of running out of stock when I first contacted them no apology email to say they have run out of stock but just return my money after couple of weeks. And here I am waiting for the product to arrive. Not only I've wasted couple of weeks now I am out with out a cable and I am stuck and I have to wait for this particular cable to be available. It might take another month or so before I could purchase this. I will never ever go to Big Box Computers to buy anything from there. Most horrible experience I've had with this company.

Extremely knowledgeable on what was required and extremely patient with a person who is completely computer illiterate (me)!!
