I am not sure why there are bad reviews. I have ordered about 7-8 orders in the last 4 months. The Date Box only allows for One Date, but there are a lot more.

With the most expensive shirts in their inventory, they have run sales with an $11.00 USD reduction in price on those particular shirts at least 4 times since I started ordering from them. VERY reasonable for 100% Cotton shirts.

I have since washed several times about 4 of them repeatedly. They have held up well and are still going strong. Very Durable. No loose threads, no holes …nothing.

The Weave in these shirts make the garment very cool and breezy. They are generously sized and accurate in sizing and Description.

There is Free shipping over a certain amount. Can’t remember because I always at least order five per order. Sometimes ten.

I truly, have had no problems with anything I have ordered. Shipping was as fast as possible, 3 business days, longer over the weekend due to USPS shipping speed- even their priority mail runs that long. Only thing quicker with USPS is overnight at a much higher rate.

I honestly am pleased, as their inventory has items I can’t find anywhere else made of 100% cotton for the price and I HAVE SEARCHED FOR YEARS, I didn’t know this company existed until I stumbled on it on Reddit.

Dreadful Its hit or miss with this company for me their underwear is absolute rubbish the so called quality fabric and stitching is shocking I ordered several times thinking that maybe it was just a fluke that the the seams frayed or ripped on boxers I wore but several packs I have had from them and at least two per pack of four or six have holes or rips after one wear the customer service is appalling they don't want to refund or have offered a refund for one pair in a pack which is ridiculous even after sending pictures of poor stitches and frayed fabric no longer a customer I only initially went to them for longer length leg boxers gladly I found a better manufacturer of superior underwear with a different merchant now not that they give a damn my advice avoid this company give your money to a better brand and more reliable company.

I ordered two suites that didn't fit. I contacted CS and there was no problems, they replied with a return label that I had to print. I just had to bring back the package to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage.

Decided to dip my toe in the Water and order myself some much needed T Shirts. The Whole Ordering Process was easy and despite paying for Standard Delivery I received my order the Next Day. The shirts are just what I want, comfortable with plenty of room. So Far So Good

I ordered x2 v neck cardigans for my dad. They are really good quality. They fit really well. He takes 3XL. Would highly recommend

Clothes are comfy and for the most part consistent with regards to the size. However their own brand underwear is all over the place with sizes. I've bought from them consistently over the past few years becos when I do happen to strike it lucky to get a pair that fits, they are very comfy,but there in lies the problem. Underwear may say one size but are massive when they arrive (anywhere from 1-3 sizes off)

nach dem ich, mit einem Rücksendeticket von Bigdude, die zu großen Shirts zurückgeschickt habe, konnten sie meine Bestellung nicht mehr zuordnen und behaupten, dass meine Bestell Id, (unter der ich das Rücksendeticket bekommen habe!) nicht zu meiner Sendung gehören würde und ich solle die richtige senden. Mittlerweile mehrere Email über dieses Thema, so dass kichn löangsam glaube, die wollen nicht zurückzahlen. Ichn kann diesen Shop nicht weiterempfehlen!

Ich warte seid über einem Monat auf meie Rückzahlung. Laut Shop hat das Versandunternehmen das Paket noch nicht ausgeliefert ( 15.03 versendet).
Mit etwas Konversation und mit Hilfe von Paypal habe ich endlich meine Rückzahlung erhalten. Schade das das nicht einfacher ging.

I have used Big Dude a number of times and had found them very good until now, I placed an order on the 25th January 2025 and still haven’t received the order. Tried tracking but no updates since 2 days after the order was placed. Tried contacting the company and got an email saying they were looking into the problem. Since then I have tried contacting them by email and the contact form on their website but no response. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Zuerst war ich angenehm überrascht, das ich bei meiner Größe von 2 Meter hier scheinbar viel Auswahl habe. Und das sogar noch sehr günstig. Ich habe mir dann online ein paar Artikel in den Warenkorb gelegt um am nächsten Tag evtl. noch was dazu zu machen. Bereits wenige Stunden später kam eine Email ob ich Probleme habe, da noch einige Artikel im Warenkorb sind. Das war nicht schlimm, aber doch bereits etwas aufdringlich. Ich habe dann, nachdem ich mich nochmal auf der angegebenen Größentabelle vergewissert habe, das die Sachen auch passen, insgesamt 9 Teile (überwiegend Oberbekleidung) bestellt und direkt per Paypal bezahlt. Es kam eine Bestellbestätigung....und dann tagelang nichts. Etwa zwei Wochen später kamen dann zwei Pakete. Meine erste Vorfreude wurde allerdings direkt nach dem auspacken bereits getrübt. Die fühlbare Qualität war ......bescheiden. Die Ernüchterung kam dann aber beim anprobieren das Sachen. Die Rückenlänge der Hemden war gigantisch (wie erwartet) aber die Armlänge ist leider nicht für große Menschen. Viel zu kurz. Ich wollte fast alles wieder retournieren. Lediglich ein Langarm Thermo Shirt wollte ich behalten. Das war zwar in den Armen auch nicht optimal, aber das war ja nur zum unterziehen bei kaltem Wetter. Also habe ich das einmal bei 30 Grad gewaschen. Kein Trockner. Das Langarmshirt ist tatsächlich rund 11 cm in der Länge eingelaufen. Das werde ich dann auch zurück senden. Wobei hier nun das nächste Problem kommt. Die Firma Big Dude reagiert nicht auf Emails. Ich warte bereits seit 4 Tagen auf das Rücksendelabel. Aber leider gibt es trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen keinerlei Reaktion. Service gleich null. Es wird darauf hinauslaufen das ich Paypal zur Konfliktlösung einschalten muß. Mal sehen was das bringt. Ich kann Big Dude nicht empfehlen.

I am a regular customer with Big Dude. Recently I placed an order for the following 1 Track suit bottom - 4 Xl - 2 Cardigan 2xl Mens trunks 4Xl. I placed the order 3 times, but each time the payment was returned to my credit a/c., without explanation. I will have to look for another supplier in Ireland.

My first order came on time and is a perfect fit so ordered again. Messed up a bit placing order but Alex at BigDude was very understanding and helpful. They have a new customer :-)

10 Mails habe ich schreiben müssen um ein Rücksendelbel zu bekommen, und die Antworten nicht.
Eine Telefonnummer gibt es natürlich nicht.
Sehr sehr schlimm diese Seite .

This company is a complete fraud dont do refunds and won't take back the item tried contacting them loads of times then got the usual response from a fraud company more lies AVOID IT LIKE COVID there useless

I am a returning customer so felt that I was buying with confidence as no issues with my original order last year of a number of T-shirts. This time I have got no products! It has now been 6 weeks since I placed my order, courier website still shows no update from 3 days after dispatch so I am left chasing with what feels like no support from the team at big dude. I will not be ordering again which is disappointing as I liked the products but this episode gives me no confidence in future orders.

Ordered and payed for item 6th of April waited several promised delivery dates from Fastway couriers parcel misplaced,lied saying attempted delivery twice have cctv and ring doorbell with recorded interaction no attempt actually made previously received parcel from same company parcel opened with two teashirts removed and resealed with fastway courier sellotape I let that go
Subsequently I have had email from courier cc there transport manager who responded saying its in warehouse somewhere on the night shift 14 emails later I have looked for a refund 4 time from big dude ie and have been told nothing they can do it's been investigated even though its down as not delivered a month later
Unreasonable unreliable and untrustworthy to some it up

as a rule i receive excellent service until last week i had need to exchange my order so i sent back my order but up to now which is 8 days on and i have had no correspondence at all

Wow. Endlich große Größen gefunden und günstig. Armes Deutschland....
In reichen Deutschland kann man als dicker Mensch keine große Größen finden und günstig auch noch. Qualität ist echt gut bis jetzt. Vielleicht sogar sehr gut. Muss noch ausprobieren länger. Aber bisher ist wie sehr gut Qualität. Schnelle Lieferung. Nur Sendungsnummer kann mann leider nicht so verfolgen. Auf einmal stand Ware schnell vor meiner Türe und ich war Zuhause gottseidank.
The quality ist really good or maybe very good. Cause I need to wear more longer. And cheap enough. In Germany I can't find and if find only Spezialschnitt and only wear under stomach and not good. But closthes pants bigdude do good for wear top on stomach and all. I so happy. I will order again over there. Only the shipment I can't really see if arrive in Germany. But it'd ok. Important is I happy. Önder
