Great liquids and the only place I can find pure PG, hate VG burns and clogs atomizers. Never had problems with my orders and most of the time really quick delivery. Had one missing order and they sent a replacement without any questions

Delayed shipment despite paying for express delivery!
There was a delay with the delivery, despite having paid for express shipping. However, BigJuice responded promptly when I contacted them about the delay and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Excellent!
Have been using them for a while, great prices and flavour but had an issue with an order (entirely my fault), rang them and never had to do that before as i had got the wrong concentration of liquid, quickly sorted and they were with me the next day, can’t fault the liquids and the people that work there!
