I ordered on Friday and my ordered was delivered on Monday. Granted Royal Mail messed up the delivery. Called BigJuice and they sorted it out perfectly. I’m very happy with the products and the service. Will buy again.

I have unsubscribed myself from the mailing list four yes four times, and still they come. What I wonder, do I need to do?

I have been ordering from the company for a while now and had no issues, until my last order was lost in the post. After giving them a call and letting them know, the issue was sorted very quickly. Amazing customer service, and great prices. They have a lifetime customer.

I had been so impressed with this company. Had ordered from them a few times 10ml bottles and pod sauce. Then on Black Friday they had 50% discount and I did a huge order for £350!! I got advice from them and was advised that their 50/50 shortfill liquids were good for my pod devices. I received the order and just couldn’t vape the liquids. They were too thick and burning pods out straight away. At first I thought it was my new G3 device which I had been told had problems so went back to my G2 device, same problem! Contacted Bigjuice and they said can’t be there liquids and they all use them in devices.I kept changing devices, moved onto XROS still same problem yet I was only getting the problem on these shortfill liquids not their other liquids and not with other companies liquids.I then did some research every other company that sell 50/50 shortfills or longfills use 50/50 nic shots and boosters but no Bigjuice use 100% VG for their nic shots. This was obviously the problem but would bigjuice admit something their end had gone wrong!! No! I had bought so many devices, burnt so many pods and even sent in the post at my own cost bottles I had opened and mixed with their VG Nic shot for Bigjuice to test!!
Chris had been replying to me and a couple of weeks ago said he would be speaking to his director and would come back to me. Now nothing he’s ignoring all my emails
I have a box of unopened liquids that are unusable and being ignored.

I had given this company an amazing review.I never leave bad reviews but am so upset that I have been treated like this for many months. They don’t care about their customers and don’t know how to mix liquids!!! I will be taking this matter much further to recoup my £350. And the money I had to spend on wasted pods and devices!!

Please avoid this company at all costs!!!!

First time ordering from this business after my current supplier stopped stocking my favourite flavour. The concentrate supplied is an excellent match and very reasonably priced. Customer service is outstanding.
