Thank you for your review, but reading this we can see this must be a mix up with another company as we are solely a digital only website. We provide gift codes with instant email delivery which I can see you received seconds after your payment was received. Also you mentioned you only received half your order but we can see you only ordered 1 x XBOX £10 Gift Card and we do not have any delivery options available as its a digital only website. We are more than certain this is a mixup.
