Efficient and friendly service. Serviced an adult road bike and we went back again to get the kids bikes serviced. Good prices especially for kids bike service.
Picked up and dropped off the adult bike for a small charge which was convenient

I have used Bike Boom twice now and had excellent service and advice on both occasions. Second time was to repair a puncture and TR fitted me in within the half hour. Highly recommended.

Quick friendly service - recommended

Terrible bike service and even worse customer experience. Will never use again.
Got billed 27% more than quoted (without a quick call to explain) and my bike isn't setup properly - asked them to look into gears but they say that's all they can do. Gears are crunching on metal....I'll have to take it to the kids at Halfords who can do a better job with better service.

and yes...you did stay a bit late on the original Saturday to do the work (appreciated) but that was only be cause of internal mis-communication about pick up time
and no, its not user error - I've had this bike many years with perfectly functioning gears.

I was quoted £110 which I'd explained was the max limit and a stretch I was prepared to pay to get bike good again. I was billed and paid £140 and will now need to pay more to get it fixed somewhere else.
You didn't do some of the jobs I'd agreed with the person I spoke to when I took my bike in. You did do things the other guy had measured and said weren't necessary at that stage and which I therefore said I definitely didn't want.
The bike has never been right since i picked it up. I've been putting off taking it back because of the terrible experience - all I expected was a courtesy phonecall to explain you felt different jobs were required/price was going to change...and of course a bike that works...

Like an Aladdin's cave of bicycles! This place is nuts! They know just about everything about bicycles.

Our order was damaged by the courier by and after a phone call they sent out a replacement that same day.

I am writing this nice review because like boom gave me such good advice but bought something they didn't have in stock and bought elsewhere!

Really happy with Christiania cargo bike we bought fromBike Boom. They delivered it and gave us a lesson in how to look after it and how to ride (drive?)it. Really nice to have that extra care, it cost a lot of money!

Delivered fast and on time. Able to put it together easily. Great bike. My 5 year old grandson is loving his new bike.
