Great customer service!
I called to inquire about the availability of a product for a Christmas gift and the person who I believe to be the owner was very helpful in answering my questions. They even shipped the order out the very next day. Amazing company to do business with! Thanks so much!

Don, thank you very much for the order and for taking the time to leave the review. Sincere apologies for the delay in getting the order to you. The order was placed on a Thursday evening and while it was ready to go next day, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control Canada Post missed the pickup the following day (Friday) and, as such the package didn't go out till Monday.
Recommended.
Would purchase from them again. Great price, prompt shipping, solid customer service.

Good but…
Everything arrived within a reasonable amount of time but the wrong colour handlebar was sent. Correct model and rise but the silver colour doesn’t fit with the rest of my setup. No time to return it as I had a big rode scheduled. Would use them again but with some hesitation.

So, I ordered a few bike parts from Bikecomponents.ca — and you know what? They actually delivered faster than I managed to finish my morning coffee. The package showed up in perfect condition, even though I ordered some hard‑to‑find gear. The web‑store is logically laid out, so I didn’t waste half an hour hunting for the right part.
