We use Bike Hire for our cooperate charity event and they were great! It was a very last minute request and they helped us sooo much with getting everything over the line. Communication was 10/10 and the bikes were delivered on time an as expected. Would highly recommend!

Dan and the team were amazing and helped us organise a fun corporate biking morning for 40 people. They thought of everything, plotting and testing out the bike routes and even helping to book and organise an ice cream van to wait for us at the half way point. The bikes were well maintained and lovely to ride. Our team had the best adventure together on the bikes and loved the whole experience. Highly recommend!

A 50+, over weight, female solo rider and my first time cycling in the London to Brighton event. I hired an e-bike from Dan because even though I had my own e-bike I was worried I wouldn't make it to the finish (even with an extender battery) plus my own bike had little wheels and no gears as it's a folding commuter bike. I was worried about cycling so far on a bike I'd never used before but I was seriously impressed with Dan's e-bike. It looked like a bit of a beast and it was, the bike had 9 gears and plenty of power. It got me up Ditching Beacon! Plus, I still had two bars of battery life left at the end of the race. If you have always wanted to take part in the London to Brighton bike ride but were worried about finishing hire a bike from Dan and do it. You won't regret it.

We hired a large number of E-Bikes for an event & the service we received from Dan was exceptional from start to finish. The E-Bikes were delivered & collected on time, & the setup and quality of the bikes could not be faulted. Thankyou Bike Hire UK, we will definitely use you again for future events!

Dan was extremely helpful and supportive while trying to organise our workplace event.

He was attentive and professional on the day of collecting/ dropping off the bikes and always kept communication open.

Everything was great and hassle free.
You collect the bike on the day of the marathon near the starting point , so no wasting time picking up from the store , taking it home and then bring it to the race.
Also, they wait close to the finish line, and you give the bike back, easy as that. Bike was a very good quality, adjusted for you and prepped for the race.

What a great concierge service! I collected my bike at the starting point and dropped it off when I finished. The bike was top quality and made my race experience better than in previous attempts. Dan was very helpful, loves his business, and that passion shows in his 5-star service. I will definitely be using Bike Hire UK in the future. :)

Hired bike for the palace to palace bike ride in October this year. Bike Hire UK were really great and helpful. My bike was all setup and ready to go. Made life really easy. The quality of the bike for a 45 mile ride was superb as a road bike. Thanks for making the 45 miles go as easy as possible!

I rented the bike for the Ride London 100 and not living there, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything was great, from the owners helping me get fit with my pedals and seat, to the bike itself! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service!

Excellent service and great bikes! Correspondence and communication was excellent too, Dan was very responsive by e-mail and the explanation on pick-up points was detailed and clear. Upon pick-up they helped me set-up and the whole process was seamless. Definitely would do this again!

We hired a bike for Ride London Essex, having travelled from Guernsey. The service was friendly and efficient - everything went to plan. The communication in advance was excellent so we could plan for the day. It was a nice bike and very good value for money. Certainly a much better option than trying to bring a bike over on the plane. Would definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

What makes a company great is not how they do things right but how they handle stuff when things go sideways. Dan and his crew are great and not only crushed getting things right the first time. They also helped us solve a couple things along the way quickly and with class. I could not recommend them more. Thanks for the help with our ride from London to Paris!
