Bill Baber do a great range of clothing and I really like the traditional patterns woven into their designs. I won’t lie - these are pricey. But I do like that the tops are well made, beautifully designed and unique. I would definitely buy from them again.

Exceptional customer service and products.
My order was delayed due to a mail strike and Bill and Jack reshipped with another service...now THAT is true customer service! And the knitwear is absolutely gorgeous!

I bought two Orkney snoods which are in lovely rich colours. They are warm, soft and not in the least bulky. Helpful and personal response from the company when I wanted to make a change to my initial order. Would definitely recommend…

I am delighted with the jumper I bought from Bill Baber. It is excellent quality wool and warm whilst being not too bulky. The communication from the company about a very slight delay due to the Christmas holiday was much appreciated. They are a lovely company to deal with.

Ordering the mull cape online was easy. The cape arrived quickly considering the shipping distance between Scotland and the United States. And most importantly, the cape was a gift for my mother, who was impressed with its quality and beauty.

Super friendly and helpful family business. Jack and Lucy arranged a Zoom call to help us get to know each other and our business requirements as we're based overseas. What a difference being able to see and speak to our supplier instead of the usual emails going back and forth!

Bill Baber is a quality shop, long lasting products that I have bought and used for 20 years.
Problems this year with Brexit - not the shop’s intention…

When I was in the store in Edinburgh, everything was good. I bought one dress and have been satisfied with it. However, I also ordered a dress that was exactly what I wanted - but the wrong color. It was supposed to be made and shipped later. I did receive a dress about 2-3 weeks later, but it was not the one I ordered. I ordered a large size because I wanted it longer (just below my knee), but this one was too short- it was above my knee, and the shoulders had a strange flip on them - again not what I ordered and not what I tried on in the store. I sent the dress back, but have not received a replacement nor a reimbursement. I sent an email with an explanation, but apparently the email did not work, and I am discouraged because I've never received further information from Bill. I still would like the dress in purple, but with exactly what I ordered. If that is not possible, then please refund my money. Thank you.
