Most of the times the customer are indeed looking for our services and in case a lead is not valid for any reason the do credit you with no hesitation. My account manager Greg is the best, very efficient fast responding and very polite.

Purchasing leads is a fact in the moving industry. Working with the leads that are provided can sometimes be frustrating and or bad, but billy.com is fair with taking back bad leads and they really work with you to ensure you get quality leads. Very fast and convenient! All of the movers in one place. No searching and calling a bunch of individual companies. They are in the Billy network and it really makes it a lot easier and faster. The movers showed up on time and worked hard until it was finished.

Would definitely recommend to any company to use. Reasonable rates. Excellent customer service. Very few "bad leads" and the ones that are, are immediately credited back to our account if it is outside our work area/description.
