CEO Bandyke Construction
Received log splitter in record time.
As a responsible adult and mechanical.... I would like to be able to operate the the splitter with one hand instead of two as is necessary.
The option of a single hand override would be recommended... Tim Bandyke

6.5 ton
After recieving my electric 6.5 ton log splitter w/stand I opened the box and noticed it didn't have the wheels and bolts for the stand.
I emailed Bilthard and they reimbursed me for the missing accessories. I got a link where to get the wheels and went to the local hardware store to get the bolts.
Now I am using my new log splitter.
Well built and solid. Split many logs of various sizes and it cut them all.

Your customer service is superb.
Your customer service is superb. My prtner wouldn't be opening her Christmas gift I ordered from you within the established return policy time limits but you agreed to make an exception for us if she didn't wnt it when she opened it. But she DID and DOES want it. yet, you gave me peace of mind. Thank you for that.
