The main issue I have its that they don't want to speak to customers on the phone. A simple query about which equipment is suitable that could be sorted out in 5 mins on the phone becomes a protracted... Toon meer

Fantastic, efficient and helpful, and great kit at great price point
Excellent at every step of the way.
I ordered 4x 150 watt flexible solar panels from them plus an MPPT charge controller and various wire bits etc to set it up, all for a motorhome off grid set up.
The panels were the best value I could find on the internet. Their website's suggested bundles were helpful for getting what I needed. They didn't stock the exact MPPT I wanted but found it for me and provided it at a competitive price.
Deliveries were extremely prompt. One of the panels was defective and they arranged a hassle free pick up and replacement without complaint.
They answered questions both pre and post sale including patiently helping with quite complicated stuff and trying to problem solve things, including some long technical phone conversations before I'd bought anything.
The panels I have received are capable of more than 100% of their rated wattage output, in ideal conditions including angling them correctly towards the sun!
Just a great experience all round.

Very confident in this company
I wanted a complete solar system including batteries and inverter for my van conversion. After pricing up everything individually from a million different companies, and comparing also the packages from 4 other places, I went with Bimble for their off-grid rigid panel 325W kit and I am glad I did. They answered my questions promptly and reassuringly, with detailed advice, and the items all arrived much more quickly than I had expected under current circumstances. I have a lot of confidence in this company.

After an email conversation with Grant at Bimble I bought 3x 100W panels and all the associated mounts connectors and cabling for a little over £300, everything arrived rapidly and in good order and is now on top of my Van making lots of free 'leccy 8^)

They advised me on a few things with back an fourth emails and designed my solar system.
I laid out every item that was used in the system and what I intended to use for my solar system.
Get the kit. Pretty good delivery times considering covid.
Everything I ordered was fine except the charge controller. I was getting issues charging my Lifepo4 battery bank. After hours of googling I finally decided it was not fit for purpose and kindly asked if I could exchange it for a victron MPPT.
They have offered me credit to purchase a vitron which I will accept.
