I installed the Alpha One amp and subs in my M240i and WOW was I impressed! The sound has opened up dramatically with rich deep bass and clear highs. The support team responded quickly to all my questions and provided links to videos that helped me do the install myself. Great support and products!

Actually, the product and Bimmer Tech service really were outstanding! After installing the remote start I couldn’t get it to work and your tech was very patient. After going through the whole process, over the phone, we got it to work properly and enjoying it!

I bought the built in dash cams for my BMW M550i and BMW M5 and they fit like a glove. Nice clean look with no hanging wires or anything. Super sharp!

Very easy install, highly recommend watching the videos beforehand which help a lot with wire placement. I have zero skills for stuff like this and I was able to do it...took a little while longer than the pro's, but well worth it.

Main reason that bring me to this website is for their reputation and contribution in BMW community, a specialized company providing premium, plug-and-play retrofit upgrades, performance parts and coding solutions. I purchased an Alpha One amplifier and got it installed on my BMW M4 G82, You can tell it's a premium package since begining. It came in nice packaging,the box is classy. Installation is not that complicated, took about an hour. The outcome was amazing, you can immediately notice a significant improvement on the sound clarity, boost power become more crystal clear and punchy. So satisfying! That's why I only buy things from a trusted source.

I purchased the dashcam retrofit for my F34. I wanted something unobtrusive; not bulky and with this, I forget that it's even there. Installation was ridicuously easy as it tapped into the rain sensor power connector. No trim removal or running wires to the fusebox. The video quality is fantastic day or night and accessing the clips is easy through the app. The one thing I need to do when connecting to the camera via WIFI is to disonnect Apple carplay. I had to do this with a different camera different vehicle so it's not a big deal. I also upgraded the SD card to a 256GB. Dashcams are pretty much a necessity these days and for BMW, if this fits your model, get it. It's a no-brainer.

Remote start kit for my X3M works. Installation was very tricky as instructions were not too clear. That being said, the Bimmertech support team were there throughout and help at every stage i ran into issues. I would of given 5 stars but the video guide on youtube and PDF instructions were not specific to my car which meant installation took me 2 days as i had to be very cautious.

This is by far the best purchase you can make for your BMW. The difference is night and day, and the support is phenomenal. I was able to install the amp myself and then the company actually reached out to me to tune it. What a difference the DSP makes in the overall sound. Shout out to Matthew, one of the engineers in Poland who walked me through the DSP tuning. It takes a little time to get things set properly, but if you're a BMW driver you expect the best.

Upon buying the Apple CarPlay USB Activation for my BMW, I was a bit sceptical about the service; however, I decided to go ahead and get it. To my surprise, the next working day, I got instructions and followed them and just like that, CarPlay now works on my BMW. Very happy I did this!

Bimmertech added Apple CarPlay to my 2016 X4 and it is brilliant! For some reason, even though the vehicle was able to have CarPlay, BMW would not activate it. Bimmertech used my VIN to identify the hardware and software required and the process was relatively easy. My tip is that if your wifi router is a long way from your car, purchase a wifi range extender to ensure that the downloads happen in a timely manner. Despite my wifi signal showing three bars, the downloads were incredibly slow and took more than one session to complete. The Bimmertech people were amazingly patient and understanding, and persisted until everything worked perfectly. All of the original functions of the infotainment and safety systems still work as before, but now I have CarPlay, which is awesome and takes the car to a new level! I highly recommend Bimmertech to anyone looking to update or upgrade their BMW.

I was beyond impressed with BimmerTech and the Apple CarPlay Activation I purchased. The product, service, and instructions were outstanding. One of their techs spent a lot of time answering my questions even before I made a purchase, which ensured I got the right product for my car.

The instructions and YouTube videos they provided were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to complete the project quickly and successfully. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return to them when I’m ready to make additional upgrades to my car.

I ordered the Alpha One amp for my BMW X3 M40i with Harmon Kardon.
The delivery arrived in good condition within the timeframe advised.
Unfortunately, the installation instructions I was issued with were for a non Harmon Kardon retrofit and therefore did not make any sense for the kit I had received (hence the reason for 4 stars rather than 5).
Fortunately, after contacting the sales support team they identified the problem, issue the correct installation instructions and I was able to undertake the install.
The installation was a little bit more complex than I had thought it would be but nonetheless, after about 2 hours (taking my time to get the install right first time) I was rewarded with the clear crisp sound of the Alpha One amp which greatly enhanced the Harmon Kardon system.
I would definitely recommend the Alpha One amp, and even with my limited practical technical skills I was able to complete the installation without any issues.

The GPS navigation was extremely out of date on my X5. It would often take me out of the way, because it didn’t know about new roads that had been constructed.
The update is working perfectly.
If I ever have any more needs, I will definitely be contacting them.

The CarPlay MMI Retrofit product and BimmerTech service are and were outstanding! I had no trouble installing the product per their instructions. The product is a game changer allowing me to update my 2015 Bimmer to some of the latest smart phone integration technology. I’m totally satisfied with the features.

Everything is great with the map update now I can use my maps more then my phone. Next month is the real test when me and my wife go on our road trip.

I have a 2025 X4 M40i that had the upgraded HK sound system. I was wondering if the Alpha One kit would be worth it? Would Alpha One sound that much better? After installing the complete kit (with amp) I have to say... Yes. Definately. For sure. Without a doubt. More detail in highs, mids, and lows with volume so loud you feel the music. If you are wondering if Alpha One is that much better than HK, it is. I installed it myself and I have never installed car audio before, albeit BimmerTech customer support helped me with the amp.

I got caught in the rain with the top down and I fried the controller as a result. Was very happy to find that Bimmer Tech had a replacement. You Tube showed me how to install it and I'm back in business. Thanks, Bimmer Tech

I just purchased a 2015 Mini with navigation. It was the original maps for 2015! I live in a new community that wasn’t even on the map. The maps from BimmerTech were exactly what I needed. They were very easy to install and now I can actually use my navigation system. Worth every penny. Looking forward to exploring other toys from BimmerTech for my Mini.

I recently ordered the Alpha One Amplifier for my BMW X4. CJ helped answer numerous questions and was extremely helpful. The order and shipment was very quick and the product was as promised. I had never installed an amplifier before, but CJ and Maciej helped me get through it quickly. I am very impressed with the amplifier upgrade sound quality, so much so that I have just ordered the Alpha One front speaker upgrade to pair with the new amplifier. My experience has been exceptional with BimmerTech based on the sound quality upgrades achieved and the high level of personal and technical customer support! I highly recommend BimmerTech as they are TOP notch!!!
