My Experience with BinaFX

At first, my experience with BinaFX was positive. The platform worked well, and withdrawals were processed within a reasonable timeframe.

However, over the past two months, the situation has changed significantly. The broker claims that its payment system requires additional documentation to process larger withdrawals, but in practice, the waiting times have only continued to increase.

I currently have a withdrawal pending for more than 8 days, and on a previous occasion I had to wait around 10 days to receive my funds. In addition, customer support has also become much slower. Support tickets take much longer to receive a response, and the level of service is no longer what it used to be.

If you're planning to invest and expect to withdraw your money without unnecessary delays, I recommend being very cautious. Based on my recent experience, the broker is not operating as well as it once did. I honestly don't know what's happening behind the scenes, but the lack of clear communication, the ongoing withdrawal delays, and the slower customer support have made me lose confidence.

I hope the company resolves these issues, restores normal withdrawal processing, and becomes more transparent with its clients. Until then, I believe anyone considering using this broker should carefully weigh the risks before depositing their money.
