well server prices are great and resources added on are more than enough, only downside is there is an hour delay for customer service replies. but in all service is great and would recommend it..

After speaking with the Binary Racks team they installed my server promptly and were excellent with helping me get it setup and online.

Terrible service - Avoid
Terrible service, seriously avoid them. Server died and spent 2 days trying to get them to fix it, but excuse after excuse and even blatant lies to avoid fixing it. Speed and reliability when it was working were poor enough but you really get to see what a company is like when you have a problem.

Have ordered a dedicated server from Binary Racks and I must say the experience was nothing but pleasant from start to finish.
Reasonably priced too.
