ABSOLUTLEY worst experience

ABSOLUTLEY worst experience. Initially worked with Simon, who was apparently the owner and then he left and now I have been passed on to Harry and James. We are no longer needed there service or website (they claim they built, but we did all the content and photos and they just used a generic site to copy and paste) to remove and they have yet to do so. It's now been two weeks with one reply saying, they want to charge several hundred dollars to deploy resources to take the website down. ABSURD! ***BUYER BEWARE!!!**

We’re a US-based web development company operating in a global market. That means we understand something fundamental about modern business: value is not defined by geography or inflated pricing—it’s defined by outcomes. If a client can get a fast, functional, and well-designed website for $300 that meets their needs, that’s not a failure of the market—that’s the market working exactly as it should.

The real question isn’t “how are we living?”—it’s how businesses that rely on overpricing and gatekeeping plan to survive in an environment where clients are more informed, more cost-conscious, and no longer limited by borders.

If your model depends on dismissing competitors instead of differentiating your own value, that might be worth a closer look.

Professional

These guys are on top of their game. Professional, efficient, and helpful. I know nothing about computers much less a website. They are very knowledgeable and can explain things so even I could understand. So far they have been a pleasure to work with and a few laughs.

Scam - He passes off websites as his designs to book clients that he had no hand in making

Was contacted by someone asking how my experience was with Binary Web Studios was, they gave my website as an example of a website he designed. I have never heard of or worked with Binary Web Studios. I designed my website myself, using a website builder. He seems to send out websites he had no hand in and play it off like he built them. I wouldn’t trust Binary Web Studios. And it’s funny the Trust Pilot 5 stars on the website when he clearly doesn’t have 5 stars.

We take claims like this seriously, but this particular accusation is simply false.

Binary Web Studios does not misrepresent client work. We maintain records of every project we’ve been involved in, including direct client communication and deliverables. If your website was referenced in outreach, it was not presented as a confirmed project without context—it may have been used strictly as a design example or inspiration point, which is a common and accepted practice in the industry.

That said, if there has been any misunderstanding or miscommunication, we are more than willing to review it transparently. We do not—and would not—claim ownership of work we did not create. Our business relies on long-term client relationships, not short-term deception.

As for Trustpilot, all reviews associated with our business are tied to real client experiences. We stand by the quality of our work and the feedback we’ve earned.

Public accusations are easy to make, but they don’t change the facts. If you have specific evidence, we’re open to reviewing it directly. Otherwise, we encourage keeping feedback accurate and responsible.

Fraud

Fraud. Register website and refuses to transfer domain to client, never copyrighted website and logo as contracted, ghost clients after receiving money. Steals client money. Uses deception tactics to upsell products. Stay away. Never doing business with them. Binary Web Studios must be shut down ASAP! FRAUD!!!!
