Very very happy with the service

Very very happy with the service. As someone who is useless when it comes to technology, this was so easy to do. Customer service was brilliant. Honestly could fault nothing. Would 100% recommend

Was given a stream for a 24 hour trial.

Was given a stream for a 24 hour trial.
Was asked whether it worked. I explained what didn't.
No reply.
An hour later I messaged again
No reply.
Half an hour later I messaged again and just received basically abuse.
Don't sign up with these fraudsters, they sent me a stream which oddly was almost exactly the same as the one I was thinking about changing from, with the same groups already set up (except several didn't work)
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Edit: in reply to Bingebear: being called a Karen for asking for a reply, being told I talk shit and don't know anything about tech isn't wanting a personal butler. It's common manners. When a customer is willing to pay for a service but just asks for a 24 hour free trial that is willingly offered - hassle free (!) - to rest a service you can't respond the way you did when said customer answers a question that YOUR rep asked. "I clearly asked if it worked" yes and I clearly answered which you ignored right before you started swearing at me.
Your rep engaged in an hour long tirade of abuse after I waited an hour for a reply and asked for some contact. I have screenshots which I will gladly supply to trustpilot.
I then received apology after apology after apology because your rep realized he had crossed the line.
So yes, AVOID this "company" who say they offer 24/7 support but if you ask a question you get told that you "will never get our service" and then get accused using lies. Don't believe a word of their reply. You want to see how they replied? I'll happily supply the entire WhatsApp thread and make it available.
They said to me "we have lots of satisfied customers" I wonder how long for when it's so easy to report illegal streamers and they treat people this way...

Hi Jonathan,

Ah here, give it a rest. We’re a bit flabbergasted, to be honest. You were only after having the free trial for a wet week before you started sending messages every few minutes like the house was on fire. We do have other customers to be tending to, and an hour’s wait for a reply on a freebie isn’t exactly a national emergency, now is it?

As for the "abuse"—if being told to have a bit of patience is abuse, then the whole country is in a bad way. You’re calling us fraudsters because the channel list looks like your old one? That’s just how the technology works, pet. It’s not a conspiracy; it’s just a standard layout.

We’re sorry the free service didn’t come with a personal butler and a 24-hour concierge, but there’s no need for the "AVOID AVOID AVOID" theatrics. It’s a trial, not a marriage proposal.

We wish you the best of luck finding a provider who can meet your... very specific expectations.
