Reluctant at first 🤔
I was very hesitant when I ordered, however I can safely say this is a very trustworthy brand. I ordered on the 3rd of June and they got to me today on the 12th of June. I emailed support as I was worried it would not be delivered, was met with a very fast reply and reassurance and I can safely say this company is the real deal. Please ignore the negative comments. Peptides are in such high demand there will be a wait to get them, but will definitely be ordering again best price on the market and all legit 👌 ORDER #1726

Let's deal with the refund spin, because it tells you everything.
Your published policy says "all sales final." When I complained, you refused a refund outright. Then you demanded the vial back as a condition — contradicting your own terms. Now, in public, you've rewritten that into a generous "goodwill offer" I supposedly declined. Three different positions on one refund. That's not a customer who won't cooperate — that's a company that can't keep its story straight.
On the COA: I'll say it a fourth time since you keep avoiding it. The batch number on your certificate (SN-RETA-B2601) is not the batch number on my vial (BSUK002). A 99.735% purity result means nothing if it doesn't certify the product in my hand. You've now cited that number three times and addressed the mismatch zero times.
And you've confirmed in writing the finished product wasn't independently tested until after I complained — while the website advertised "independently lab tested, 99%+ HPLC verified." That claim was live when I bought. It wasn't true when I bought.
Ten days. Full protocol. A year's baseline on Semax and Selank from other suppliers and 18 months on prescription Mounjaro. I know what these feel like. This was nothing.
"Results published shortly" — said on day one. Still waiting.
