lI chose Biotrust because of their name! When it comes to my health I’m looking for a company that has the best product to offer me and I want to be able to trust them and I can honestly say that BioTRUST has earned mine, (my trust )and they do live up to their name! I bought many different types of products from them and each, and every one of them does what they say it will do! right now I’m using the multi collagen protein powder and also the ageless muscle because when you get older, you usually don’t exercise as much as you used to in this product helps you maintain your muscles without all the exercise and I love that! There are a few other products I’ve been looking at. I just want to talk to somebody from the company to make sure that it’ll go hand-in-hand with the collagen I am presently taking and I know I will get some expert advice from them. Customer. True to its name bioTRUST, really a company you can trust. Provide wide variety of products. I can say that their multi collagen is the best. It helped me in gaining back my confidence.

Worst company to deal with when an order is wrong. They are either very stupid or very incompetent. You’re gambling on getting your item and if you don’t you won’t get it or your money back. Stay away. There’s a lot better companies to deal with and better products out there.

I have been a loyal BioTrust customer for many years and have generally been satisfied with their product quality. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. As a visually impaired customer, I found their website difficult to navigate, which led to me accidentally purchasing the wrong product. I wasn't overly concerned initially because BioTrust advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, so I assumed this would be easily resolved.
Unfortunately, when the incorrect product arrived, I contacted customer service three times via email but only received generic responses from what appeared to be an AI system. There was no human interaction or genuine attempt to help resolve my situation under their stated guarantee. Their customer service has clearly deteriorated, and their 60-day guarantee appears to be an empty promise when you actually need to use it.
Due to their unresponsive customer service and failure to honor their advertised money-back guarantee, I was forced to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback to recover my money. While I've had positive experiences with BioTrust products in the past, I cannot recommend this company anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware - do not trust BioTrust to stand behind their guarantees.

I've been using Biotrust products for the last 10 years! and have never had a serious problem. I stand by their Probiotics, collagen powder (chocolate that I put in my coffee), and their protein shake. Customer Service has never disappointed me either. I will continue my three subscriptions regardless of the few negative comments here.

Just on the reviews alone, I’ll pass! The positive reviews seem to come from company employees! No 3rd party reviews, no ingredients posted, nutritional values.…Peer reviews? I'll pass.

The products are usually good with the exception of the GLP-1 Elevate. It did absolutely NOTHING for me. Should’ve bought something that would work. So disappointed

I don't want to bring a negative impact to this company, I've been a customer for two years plus. I started with Keto elevate and collagen. Both good, but expensive. I searched for less expensive alternatives and they are out there just need to do your research. But I did purchase Ageless bright-advanced pigment serum...it does nothing for my few age spots...

I am reading all these reviews about horrible customer service and having your credit card charged without your knowledge or authorization. I'm not calling anyone a liar here, But I am calling them ignorant. Biotrust is the most reputable company I have ever dealt with, Whether on or off the internet. If you want to return a product within 60 days, They will offer you a 25% refund to keep it. The one time I did have a problem with a product they gave me a full credit and allowed me to keep it. I forgot all about the credit for over TWO years, and when I remembered it I emailed them attaching a copy of their email to me verifying the credit. They had no record of the credit in their system due to the time lapse but they immediately reinstated my credit.

ALL any of these people had to do was pick up the phone and talk to one of their agents. The bot does have limitations, But the human beings do not argue with customers and they certainly are not ripping anyone off.

After buying their products approximately 4 years ago, I sent an e mail asking that they stop sending marketing emails to me, They still keep sending, sometimes 3-6 in a 24 hour period, I delete and block but still they keep arriving to my junk mail box,
Please stop sending

I decided to try this as part of a beta testing program. I paid $7 for a trial pack that was part of a subscription. I tried the protein powder twice. Both times, it had a good taste and I enjoyed it. The aftermath, however was awful both times. My stomach cramped up really bad for 2 days each time after using this powder. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription right away!

I agreed to a free sample of Collagen. After about 6 days I find out it was sent to address other than mine. I reach out, I'm told someone would be in contact within 72 hours. Maybe they meant 72 days. Well this morning I noticed my account had deducted 29.99 for a product I know nothing about. Furthermore, they didn't wait for me tell then I want this product. They got my credit card information from the shipping info that I had to pay. This is as dishonest as it gets. They are closed on the weekend but you can chat with a bot. Don't use this company. They will take advantage.

I had ordered 6 packages ($127.) of Eternal REDS ... I am a long time customer of their many products .. this particular product caused hives and a bad reaction ... I requested and sent in the 5 unopened packages .. They refunded $26.00 .... SERIOUSLY ??

My husband and I have been using the Protein Power each morning for about 6 weeks now. He has lost 15 lbs. and I have lost 12. We both love how we feel and will continue using it. Great Products

I have used Bio-Trust products for about ten years. The Protein Powder helped me lose 15 pounds and kept it off. I also use the Collagen Powder and recently added the Probiotics. There is no scam here. These products work.

Product sucks. Makes you ill. Company is a scam. They do not guarantee their product. They lie about it. Fraudsters

BioTrust is a great company that stands behind their products. If ever unsatisfactory customer service gave a refund credit or free product
Never dealt with a company that had such great customer service such as Biotrust! They also have great products with no junk! Their protein powder is amazing with stevia and no growth hormones

Been using biotrust turmeric collagen for a bit now, been a customer a well over year or so, great product, will branch out to other biotrust products as I can.

Earlier this month (June 2024) I noticed I had made a mistake that caused me great difficulty, details aside (doesn’t matter really, was my fault)… Biotrust fixed the issue, not even minimally (which I would have been 120% happy with) their quick action and above and beyond customer service team handled the problem in such a way that I was absolutely stunned and never before have experienced in my 50y of being alive.

Seriously, biotrust impressed in such a way I am a customer for life, it’s the least I can do besides giving this review.

ABSORBMAX: Did absolutely nothing. Waste of money. Customer service seemed to be good but this product is not.
