We have used Birchgrove carpets and few times in the past so when we moved house and needed new carpets throughout we went back. They have been amazing from start to finish, excellent communication, fitting us in when it suited us due to having to move so much furniture and then when we hit a snag downstairs with poor flooring, they went above and beyond to get it sorted so quickly, working over their hours and what they would normally include in their service! We are so grateful and we are thrilled with the product too. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's names but to Owen and all the fitters who came to us thank you so much for all your hard work. You are a fab company, throughly recommend and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had first class service since my first call to them. Had hall and lounge carpet laid today carpet fitters have done a fantastic job cleaned everything up and taken away old carpet etc. full respect shown to my home myself and my disabled son. Quality of carpet is 1st class and the price was extremely reasonable. Will 100% recommend.

Turned up at the time they specified and did a first class job fitting the carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms.
Cleaned up afterwards and took the old carpets away.
