I purchased 2 pairs of shoes during the Christmas holiday in 2025. One pair came in flawed, and the other pair didn't fit. I requested an exchange, but they wanted me to pay to return the flawed product because their products are expected to have "variations". It was an offline stitch that made the two shoes in a pair look different. With the hope of receiving a pair without "variation," I ordered another pair of the same shoes before deciding whether to keep one of them.
After I placed a second order, they sent me another pair of the same shoes as an exchange without any previous confirmation. So I ended up with 4 pairs of the same shoes, and I had 2 return labels, one I paid for and another one from when I requested the exchange order.
After all the holiday events, I returned 3 out of 4 pairs of the same shoes using the 2 return labels I had. I kept one pair that was not flawed and fit. They should have refunded me the 2 pairs out of 3 since the 3rd pair was the exchanged one. However, they only refunded me one pair. I used two return labels that I had to send back 3 pairs of shoes. Should I have sent 3 pairs of the shoes to the same address in 3 separate packages and pay for 3 shipments? And one of them was sent to me without my knowledge.
The customer service and the inventory seemed to be very disconnected. I had to jump through fire hoops to receive non flawed shoes and more fire hoops waiting for me when I return.
Even though I have provided the confirmation of return receipts and the UPS delivery confirmations, they refuse to issue me the full refund. It's been two months and multiple follow-ups and communications. I will dispute this with the credit card company.
Never received the items
Never received the item. Nobody will respond to emails, phone calls, or chat. I’ve been scammed!!
Poor service. Goods failed to arrive
Ordered goods on 15/11/25. Had email to say out of stock on 24/11. Changed order then heard nothing else. Tried phoning 5/12, tried emailing them via 3 different email addresses but no reply at all. Finally had email to say order processed but no goods have arrived. It’s now 22/12 and too late for Christmas 😩
Aim4birdies excellent experience
Ordered a set of Lynx irons from Aim4birdies on Tues 9th December and they arrived by lunchtime on Thurs 11th December 2025. Excellent value and first class service.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Birdies. I ordered a pair of black mules (Order #1499801-BD, purchased October 25, 2025) and tried to return them, but the process has been a complete nightmare.
I’ve attempted to reach customer service through every channel they offer—online chatbot, emails, and multiple phone calls—but no one responds. Worse, every time I called their customer service numbers ((801) 619-2187, (415) 213-2183, and (415) 263-9668), the line abruptly disconnected as if someone was hanging up on me.
Since I couldn’t get help, I followed the return/exchange steps on my own, requested a larger size (9.5 instead of 9), and paid extra for a FedEx home pickup. FedEx never showed up, and Birdies still hadn’t responded. Birdies finally responded today and asked me to start the return. So now I’m stuck with shoes I can’t return, and they are asking me to pay for the return.
At this point, I just want clear return instructions, a prepaid label, and a full refund to my original payment method—exactly as their policies claim. But the total lack of communication makes this feel unfair and frankly unacceptable.
If Birdies doesn’t resolve this soon, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Save yourself the hassle—cute shoes aren’t worth this level of stress and silence!
Don’t bother, worst customer service ever!!
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I simply wanted to exchange the shoes for different size, however since the box was unusable (torn up during shipping) they wouldn’t even consider exchanging them. After wading my way through a chat with a computer, it said my issue was being turned over to customer service, I got a quick answer, no box no exchange. There is also no quality control as I ordered the same shoe in the same size of a pair I bought a year or so ago in a different color. Totally different fit. Very disappointed. Don’t bother with these people, there must a been a change in management or something, terrible!
Poor quality. They don’t last.
I ordered that heron style shoe.I ordered these in pink. After less than three months of indoor wear, the ribbon at the back of both shoes are unraveling. Birdies indicated that that’s normal wear and tear of me putting my foot in and out of the shoe. If that’s normal wear and tear then there’s a big quality problem with this product. Won’t ever buy again.
Oh my goodness..
Oh my goodness... I have only myself to blame here after hoping for a different experience my second time around. First time a couple of months ago: Received correct shoe as ordered. Needed a different size. All downhill from here. After literally a couple of hours and 20+ emails, finally disputed the bill. Note: as previous reviewers have mentioned, the email bounces back. Chat and text don't work. If you do happen to connect, I'm fairly certain it's AI. Fast forward to last week when I thought I'd try again. Silly me. Ordered The Blackbird - Oak Shimmer Suede - 9 - Received The New Starling, Black Leather, Size 8. I can, at least, give them credit for sending a pair of shoes, but that's where it ends. Since I can't reach anyone, looks like another disputed charge. Sigh. Order at your peril.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I returned a pair of shoes for a refund and got the confirm and receipt from Happy Returns. I never saw a dime back. I emailed customer service for 6 months and kept being told that they would escalate a refund but it never happened. This scam on $120 shoes is truly outrageous. Avoid at all costs.
WORST EXPERIENCE
I rarely leave bad reviews but I am having the worst customer experience with Birdies I have ever had with online shopping. My order was supposed to be delivered several weeks ago. According to the records associated with my tracking #, my package was damaged during shipping and returned. Birdies never contacted me about this. I discovered this after my package never arrived and only after sending three separate emails did I finally get a response. They received the package and noted its damage but hadn’t replaced the item. I was told they wouldn’t do so without my permission. I wondered how they would find out my preference having never contacted me. I digress. I said, yes! I would very much like to receive what I have paid for and please expedite the shipping at no cost. They said they would and I never heard back from them regarding a new tracking number. That was last week. This morning I reached out for an update. They had no record of this conversation and asked for proof of my order details and the conversation, including the order number. I sent screen shots. Then THREE TIMES they emailed me responses saying they still could not locate my order info and asked for the same info I had already provided. Finally, after I copied and pasted a mile of email exchanges, they agreed to issue a refund. But here’s the thing! They never responded after I confirmed how I would like the refund issued, in fact they stopped responding at all. And the refund still hasn’t been issued.
Do not waste your time with this…
Do not waste your time with this company. I just bought final sale shoes that I already have so I knew the size. They sent me defective shoes and the wrong width I didn’t order. They will not exchange them. All of there final sale shoes are defective that’s why there final sale. Stay away from this company they steal your money. You have been warned. It’s a costly mistake to do business with them.

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. How? Because I didn’t get any!
It is physically impossible to contact a live person. I have been trying constantly for over a week.
Had I not purchased from them in the past, I would be convinced their site was a scam.
They use to be wonderful. I don’t know what happened.

Purchased two pairs of shoes during their annual sale.
No indication on the website the products were reduced due to damages.
Arrived 2/6/25.
Black right shoe displays a major manufacturing fault. It’s sewn completely flat (like a ballerina shoe). When the light hits it, it makes the velvet appear damaged. 100% manufacturing.
Latte shoe in signature box but signature packing missing. Right is considerably wider than the left. May have been stretched out & returned. Or another manufacturing fault.
Contacted the company via website form. Asked to exchange the black shoe for the same one. Advised if they could ship the latte shoe quickly then an exchange would be preferable. If not, I would need a refund on those as I had an event coming up in a couple of days.
Contact form does not allow photograph attachments. I stated I could provide them.
Same day also attempted live chat & direct call.
Tried for 10 days to make contact. Still received no human response.
My most recent attempts stated, if I didn’t hear back within two business days. I was contacting the BBB. Still complete silence.

Emails: 2/6/25 & 2/13/25 - Each time I received an automated response that I will get a reply in two business days.
Called directly: 2/6/25 - Recorded message says no live person is available through this method. Directs me to do a return using their automated service. When I try it says not eligible.
Live chat: 2/6/25, 2/9/24, 2/12/25, 2/13/25 - Automated reply ‘We thank you for reaching out to our team! We have limited team members available to assist today so wait times for a live agent may be longer. But rest assured we will get to your inquiry asap!’ I waited for over an hour each time. Status never changes.
Text: 2/13/25 - Same automated message as live chat.
Instagram message 2/13/25 - Still remains unopened
I filed a complaint with the BBB. I will also be following up with my bank regarding the charges.
It’s taken up hours of my time. And continues to do so.
They market themselves as a classy business. However they are far from it. They should be embarrassed.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They delayed response by email apparently in order to prevent having to give a refund. I thought their shoes were supposed to have similar fits among styles. I received my second pair of Birdies as a gift, where the size was the same as my first pair, but the second pair were enormous. I tried to return them within the specified time frame, but a technical error on their end prevented my receiving a return label. They stopped responding to my emails. Eventually I connected with someone via chat who would not give me a refund. Worst experience.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible m. I ordered two shoes and returned one and never got a refund. I called and emailed and texted no help with a live person. Just terrible for a company charging so much for shoes.
No refund
Purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Opened the box and did not like. Executed a return online where they sent me the return label. After 3 months, 6 emails (because they will not answer the phone), with 6 automated replies that they would get back to me within 3 days - NOTHING! Filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. Shocked! Will NEVER buy from this vendor EVER!
No return credit 30 days later!
I have been waiting for a month for a credit for returned shoes. I followed all return requirements and have notification from the USPS that the Birdies delivery agent received my return 30 days ago. Multiple email exchanges from Birdies have said to be patient. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card provider.

This is the absolute worst company! They have zero customer service!
I returned my shoes three months ago. The tracking shows it's at the facility, but I can't get anyone to give a refund. There are no live people to speak to and as of now I'm out $600 for shoes I returned.
