There hadn't been a claim before hand as with in your reply. I am unsure where you think it has been claimed. Remember you contacted me, not the other way around. I still stand by my review. I recommend you dont use this company.

Absolutely dreadful company only interested in winning. When the claim doesn't go through you end up with a bill you didn't expect! Where is the 'no win no fee' element?

Sami made the experience positive by demonstrating empathy and understanding while managing my claim. His positivity was very encouraging and he clearly understands the impact a poor pension experience will have on his clients. I had amalgamated my pensions from companies I had worked for and invested it in a company who sat on the funds for approximately 15/16 months. It didn’t gain a penny but didn’t loose any money either.
Once it was brought to my attention I moved my pension pot elsewhere.
