So straightforward. Easy company to deal with start to finish. Can’t speak for tens use in labor as mine was 2hr long and too intense for any kind of pain relief to really have an impact.. but a lot of people swear by it so would probably try again if we have another!

Faultless service when I hired a TENS machine for my wife’s pregnancy. Quick dispatch, excellent customer service when I had questions, highly recommended. Ordering the TENS machine was straightforward, and the delivery was surprisingly fast. Upon receiving the machine, we were pleased to find that the return packaging was prepared and ready to use. I couldn't have made it if it wasn't for my Tens machine. Didn't make the birthing pool but knowing I had my tens kept me calm and focused.
Delivery came really fast and I was updated when the tens machine was received back.
When it came the send back packaging was all ready to go so knowing I just had to pop it in back in the box, put it in the bag supplied and send back was a relief.
