A professional service from ordering through to installation. Very friendly customer service from both store and installation personnel. I would defnitely purchase future items from Bisset and Steedman and highly recommend their service to others.

Fantastic Discovery.
my fridge-freezer stopped working late Thursday evening and I had perfect replacement within a week.
I only by chance discovered this company, I always use John Lewis, however their website was not giving me confidence during these unprecedented times and only when I looked further into product I wanted did it lead me to Bisset&Steedman in Tranent.
They looked after me from the very first point of contact and took time and patience to get me exactly what I wanted. Refreshing Personal Service

Over and above the normal type of service. Don't go to the big shops looking for white goods as if there is a fitting problem you will be left with a fitting problem. Bisset and Steedman supplied a new oven in 2 days and fitted free of charge making alterations to cabinetry.
Very impressed and will recommend.

As an Edinburgh based letting agent we have a requirement for many new and replacement domestic appliances. We began using Bisset and Steedman around 3 years ago and they have now become our sole appliance supplier. What we like about them first and foremost is the high level of service. It's second to none and they are happy to go the extra mile when required. Purchases and installs are easy to arrange and I trust the advice they provide. The prices are extremely competitive and we've found the lead time from order to install to be around 2-4 days which is perfect. Also, B&S are happy to liaise with tenants directly to arrange installation which for a letting agency is great. We know that when we email and order to B&S we can have confidence the order will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Always great service and their service of delivery, installation and removal of old appliance makes them perfect for our business needs.

Excellent serviced received. I order an oven online arranged delivery, fitting and removal of old appliance. The deliver/ fitters arrives - really friendly. They removed the old oven then went to get the new oven from the van. They realised the new one was white not stainless steel like the old one and all other appliances I had. Instead of just fitting it they asked if this was correct. I had made an error and ordered the wrong one. They called the shop and arranged for another oven to be delivered later that day! Fantastic, it certainly paid to shop locally. Excellent value for money, free delivery and installation. Most importantly fantastic customer service from all staff, especially when the error was 100% my fault! ! Will certainly use Bisset & Steedman again but will go into the shop and point at what I want!

Julie went out of her way to meet our requests for specific appliances and delivered them to our exact requirements. The team who installed the appliances were not only qualified and effective but were friendly and helpful. Follow up service has also been excellent. An excellent example of the benefits of shopping locally.

As a landlord I have used bisset n Steedman on many occasions , every time from order to delivery, to installation and removal of old unit they are first class. Try and get a better price anywhere is not possible. A first class family business which I recommend very highly.

We are landlords with various let properties in Edinburgh and Bissett and Steedmand have provided a great service. I would recommend them to anyone but particularly to landlords as they are able to deliver in a flexible wayfor tenanted properties and deal with problems in a way that the likes of Currys don't. They also remove & recycle appliances. Prices are competitive and they are really friendly and helpful - what not to like!!!

We have used Bisset and Steedman for a few years now and have been nothing but very pleased with their service! They are incredibly fast, efficient, knowledgeable in their industry, and have great prices.
There has never been a job they have done where we were not very satisfied with their work. The staff is very friendly and so wonderful to work with. You feel they care unlike commercial businesses where you are just another customer.

I have found Bisset and Steedman an excellent company to deal with. I purchase appliances on behalf of Landlords for tenanted properties. The free delivery , fitting and disposal of the old appliance makes the process very simple and helpful. As they are offer to collect keys it means that someone is not having to wait in a property all day in order to give access. This enables a stress free and simple process for the appliance replacement.
