fique longe desta empresa perdi muito dinheiro recebo tudo de volta com a ajuda da empresa no meu título

Manténgase alejado de Bitmatic, es una empresa fraudulenta. Perdí alrededor de €27,098 € con esta empresa. Le recomiendo que se, comunique con la empresa a mi nombre para obtener ayuda, la cual me ayudará a recuperar todo lo que perdí. Por favor, haga lo mismo si usted también es una víctima.

was great for a month or so until i didnt give in to the pressure of putting in another few thousand and now cant get on the trading site no contact from anyone via email or phone. could it be because i asked to make a withdrawal or because i wont put thousands in

They had the nerve to send a standard email and talk of resolving the issues, only thing is their website is down, phones disconnected and they are incommunicado, they are adding insult to injury, from now on they don't exist

Have been unable to contact the site either via the internet or by phone. Monies now stuck with them if any left!!
A/c manager Stephan Gallo not answering phone and London site contact not working either.

Until a few days ago everything was fine, but now everything wrong, no contact, no platform, money gone,! Had some good trades with Vasilis, then all went downwards, someone called Stefan took over to save account but no contact! Hope they can sleep at night after ripping people off!
Still several days later no contact, no emails no access by phone, so much for a good Christmas

I have been trading reasonably successfully with Bitmatic for some months & even made a couple of profit withdrawals.
However, the trading site has not been available all day today & phone calls/whatsapps to my chief advisor Andreas Wolf have not been picked up. Similarly there has been no response to an email requesting an urgent response from Luca Moretti with whom I have exchanged emails previously. A phone call to the UK telephone number from which I have been contacted right up to yesterday was answered but I was put on hold waiting for some time for an agent- & was then disconnected. I am pleased I did not follow the frequent suggestions to add more funds to my trading account as I now fear this may have been a scam...

Después de su respuesta y viendo las respuestas que ustedes dan a otros usuarios, me reafirmo que todo esto es un TIMO por que no aportan ninguna solución, por lo que procederé a divulgarlo por todas las redes sociales pertinentes, así como las correspondientes denuncias a todas la autoridades que correspondan.!!

I started trading on Bitmatic about 3 weeks ago. My advisor Visalis has been brilliant all the way through. On his advice I have traded each day and made steady profits.
HOWEVER, today I did not hear from him and cannot reach him. What’s more ALARMING is that I cannot access the platform. All three addresses are unreachable as is my advisor Visalis. I am VERY WORRIED. No response from the support email address. No answer from telephones!!!!! What is going on???

No me acabo de fiar.... A veces pienso que la Plataforma es genial, y otras que me están timando.... Hoy no puedo acceder a la plataforma, a todos los contactos de bit-matic que escribo me rebota. No he podido sacar el dinero, alguien lo ha hecho?

No hay manera de contactar con ellos.... No me fio

My journey with BiMatic has been a mix of highs and lows. Some days are great, while others leave room for improvement. The platform is functional, but not without its challenges. Customer service could use some enhancement. Despite the ups and downs, BiMatic manages to deliver an okay trading experience. I have just had my account stripped of my money which was there today I had my all out ballance which I was withdrawing but on checking the amount I was withdrawing to see if all OK it was canceled ao I tried again a different amount to find within an hour that had been cancelled on going on my trading found that there had been a trade that I did not do now all my money has disappeared, this was for my van I had waited so long for, Now my meditator has disappeared off anyway of contacting him, the email I sent was thrown back at me the number he called from said no such person on that number, is this what you do to people I am a 76 year old disabled pensioner and now I have lost all that I put into this so called trusted place, I started off little as advised. I did everything my mentor told start little, I was sceptical all the way, he rang everyday and showed me what to do, little an often I built up an deposited a little more, then he started not calling, his son was rushed into hospital, the latest which was over 2 weeks he had not contacted mean, so I needed to withdraw some of my money, he calld me straight away, and said your leaving us, I said no I have to purchase something but left money in to carry on trading, he said I will call you later an we talk that was yesterday 6th December at about 2pm, I heard nothing from him emailed to say I am home for him to call, did not think no more until this morning when I found there had been another trade without my knowledge and now I have nothing, can you help to find out how an why both my requests had been cancelled in such a short time, now I have nothing my money has gone, I need answers and what do I do to get my mo ey back that has been stolen from me. I am hurt & very very ANGRY
