so this is my 3rd review ... this is an just an update for the 107 people and more who had review my post 3 days ago. So after i wrote my review the support contacted me and advised i need to verify my documents AGAIN. so i submitted all the documents they wanted from me. They came back and they said that i needed to resend my passport as it was not up to their standards. So i re-scanned and SENT back another version and I asked them when should i expect the funds? they ignored me. i still have not got an outcome. its RIDICULOUS. They have lost me thousand of dollars and all ive been trying to do for the last 5 months is ask them to return what is left in my account and its only a few hundred dollars. its criminal and cowardly what they are doing to people and still getting away with it. i hope i can helps avoid good people whose also going through what i am going through. Will keep you all updated

Avoid at any cost. Aggressive, pushy, will never stop phoning even when told you are not interested. Will be calling the police in the morning, they are making nuisance calls regularly and intruding on my family life. Total scam. Words not suitable to describe my disgust with these people, criminals.

I have been trading and learning with Leo who is a really experienced trader, for over 6 months and working to a business plan. It is easy to work with Leo who is very helpful.

I'D like to give no stars, stay away from these scam artist, they will just take your money, They call you every day before you deposit, then nothing, the will not allow you to withdraw, the have takin my bitcoins and gone, will be reporting to interlope, my hard working money is gone, how do these people sleep at night, karma will get them.

Maniac his name is jack fisher, (clearly not his real name).

Instead of jack threatening me to delete my review, the thing you can do is to close my account and send my money back!

Hopefully the next email I get from you it will be an apology for your disgusting behaviour and letting me know that my money will be in my account!

Joining Bitky.io has helped me so much this past year and a half. It has supported me financially and provided a stable platform to learn and earn. I'm glad I read the reviews on here back then, as I might not have gotten here. So, I'm leaving my experience here for someone else to read it and feel comfortable enough to take this opportunity, I sure know that it made a great impact for me :)

Bitky.io was a recommendation from my good friend, as something to try while the whole world is trapped in this chaos. I didnt think I would last honestly, all this new stuff seems a bit complicated to me, but I've got such good chemistry with my analyst, Lucas! He began teaching me with baby steps, assisting me with everything, letting me get to know the whole surounding and all the tools we are working with. Then he explained to me how to properly analyse the market so that you can place appropriate trades. I started with Bitky.io 6 months ago and its gotten me far! Trustpilot should really do better to inform people of how fraudulent these schemers actually are. Stop giving a platform to ABSOLUTE THIEVES

Shortly after my first revue appeared here i was contacted by Mr Damian Reese a senior financier from Bitky .He told me that they were prepared to refund my deposit of $250 us plus $50 of the $110 profit made by their robot But they could not pay me direct it had to be made through a " wallet " which i did not have So another gentleman kindly helped me up the rocky road to get a wallet which i eventually managed Bitky then requested the key to open the wallet which i sent by email on the 29 March since then no deposit no contact so watch this space

Fraudulent Behavior.. They kept my money.
I was making good progress over about 6 months, my account was pushing towards 80K, I hinted to with draw some funds, they crashed my account down by about 50K, I built it up again to about 35K, asked for a withdraw again, they crashed it again, permanently. They offered me a small amount to go away. Avoid them, this is how they make their money, they take yours.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam! It is an unlicensed trading platform and will steal your money as they stole my parents money. They have tried to withdraw it multiple times with Bitky putting off the withdrawal for months at a time. All these good reviews are total scams! DO NOT invest with these scammers as you will need to go through a process legally to try retrieve whatever funds you can. I will literally sit here and write a bad review every day until these scammers are shut down and charged with fraud.

After reading more information on Bitky after 1 month of joining I tried to withdrawal my money. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting. I do believe this is a scam. When I tried calling the number provided there is nobody to actually speak to.
I think all the positive reviews are fake.

It’s been a while since I started working with Bitky and now seems to be a good time for a feedback. I started pretty suspicious, a lot of online trading companies turn out to be scams at the end, so you can never be too safe 🙂 I took the time, step by step, with an awsome analyst, Jacob, to get to the point where they have my full trust. Jacob has been so devoted and professional throughout the entire time and managed to calm me down as I was very stressed in the beginning (like everyone is when they’re learning something new). It’s been a great journey so far and I can’t wait to see where it will take us!!!

I have been trying to withdraw the amount from a month but they say me to contact the bank and the bank says that there is no record of payment from the account. I have been trying to contact the support team but they don't receive the phone at all. I feel that my money has been scammed.

I had a good experience with them for a year but since corona virus i havnt had any contact with anyone from the company and would really like to speak to a member of the team,

After spending six successful months of Trading at Bitky, all I can say that bitky is a blend of good service and professional people I decided to take another step with them . I want to thank my account manager Tomas B for his invaluable help. I got so lucky :)
