Customer service was exceptional! We were actually considering booking with another company but then I reached out to BitLux for a quote and the customer service that we received was far superior to other companies that we had spoken with. This made all the difference and was 100% what made us decide to book with them versus the competitors. Caio sent me a text almost immediately after my inquiry and was quick to provide quotes and answers questions. He checked in regularly before the flight to ensure we had everything we needed and answer any new questions. I would 100% recommend BitLux and hope to use them again on the future!

So far, so good, accepting bitcoin is a great and bold step toward the inevitable future.

First of all, attention to detail is amazing. Revolutionary and so efficient that they accepted bitcoin as payment. In a pinch, they were the only ones that could get the necessary travel certificates for international and at a reasonable rate. Accommodations aboard the G550 were stellar and provided an impeccable flight executed perfectly. I cannot thank Kyle enough for helping us out and getting things done that others could not! We will have a long relationship and I will be referring friends, family, and colleagues alike! Thanks again, BitLux and Kyle.
