We very much recommend the product Docotic and the team behind it! We are using Docotic for more than 5 years and are more than happy with it. The product is very reliable, and even if fixes are required, the team acts very fast and always gives help and support. They respond very fast on service requests, give samples and give background information on potential problems and how they might be solvable. And the pricing is more than fair.

Support is very responsive, licensing was easy. so far the product has worked perfectly with minimal effort. highly recommend!

We use Docotic to merge, optimize and linearize PDFs for client deliverables. The product produces the most compact PDFs based on our experience with commercial and free PDF libraries. We have produced and merged PDF files from a few hundred KB up to multiple GB without issue. The library is very fast.

The few support questions we have had, we answered very quickly - both before and after the evaluation period.

We have PDF's coming out of our ears, which we have to store for at least 7-10 years. The file size optimization features in Docotic.pdf are giving me file sizes that are half (or less), at reasonable quality. Support is great! Their examples were invaluable.

Our company performed an EXHAUSTIVE comparison of multiple PDF manipulation libraries and this was far and away the winner and ultimately the implementation ended up saving us money vs open-source solutions that took longer and thus cost more cloud-based resources, so this ended up cutting our annual PDF processing expense in half.

We use the BitMiracle Docotic.pdf component for producing and working with PDF documents. This is a high quality component. It is robust, well thought through and memory efficient. We receive an excellent level of support from the owners who are proactive in developing and supporting the product. Their GitHub repository contains a large library of quick-start examples. It is also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this component. We have been able to fully replace an older Pdf component with this one in our products (and we push the boundaries for some of the things we do with it).
