Hit one of those off my free bonus, and got up above $250 but Bitofgold, being lame AF won't let me withdraw it without depositing first which I have before in the past. If it's your policy it sucks and it's not right especially for people that may struggle with a gambling addiction and just play the free bonuses to sate the beast. So good job guys for having tampered with RTPs and not cashing out when somebody wins when it's a legitimate win! If I could have give you zero stars.

I only had 1 issue so far where a withdrawal was on hold but after contacting support they rectified it in less than 24 hours. They dont let me cash out on bonus after I deposited this week and says it doesn't count ...so what's good is the bonus..and someone's said they cahhout on vegas x bonus .that makes me wonder if he lying. Or they doing me dirty.
