I purchased a yearly pass, and after about 9 months i was a winner of a 10th place price which obviously isnt a huge prize but still covered the cost of the initial membership purchase. So definitely a win IMO!.

If you are wondering if this all sounds too good to be true and a possible scam, let me tell you, it isn't! This is 100% real and Jay and the team are 1000% trustworthy. These are very real chances of winning some amazing gaming items. I have been a member for maybe a year now, just under, and recently won my first prize of a Lego set. I opted instead to take the 300 entries and have a better chance at winning a bigger prize of a PC. Response to the email was quick and I had a few options for my prize. Jay also donates the money he receives to charity so not only is this a great way to win prizes, but you are also helping out charities! Highly recommend giving it a go.

Overall quick replying team when you have any queries, want to change your membership level or the communications regarding prizes and alternatives. Recently won 5th place for a big giveaway but decided to redirect the alternative of 200 entries to another giveaway and the team and Jay were quick to respond.

Was lucky enough and very grateful to win an Xbox Series X through BitsLab! The Xbox was ordered with proof of purchase within 30 minutes of responding to the initial email letting me know I won. The postal address was wrong due to Amazon not liking my street very much as it has a lot of unit blocks. I notified Jay about the address being wrong and he updated it correctly immediately. Very fast responses, super friendly dude and on top of all of that, a fantastic service all round!
