FAKE PROMOTIONS - Do not trust!

Total scam. They run 'giveaways' on Discord to bait people into joining their community, but they don't actually pay out the winners. I won a prize and never received a cent. A site that operates like this is clearly dishonest. Avoid Betstrike at all costs and find a site that actually values its players

Huge scam

Huge scam, deposited funds twice and didnt get my deposit bonus. After mentioning it to support they said 'you need active funds to be able to use the bonus' which i understand, but after depositing twice its not a problem on my end.

just a bunch of lying no good bums. Deposits took over 2 weeks to get credited to my account. Never even offered a single free spin for waiting and waiting. Just “be patient” was the the key phrase byCustomer support who just lie and lie and lie. I would highly, highly recommend to NEVER DEPOSIT a penny to these fools. They even go as far as manipulating the coin values on some games. Putting the highest amount up front by misleading you with Mbtc and btc. It’s a joke and hope they go out of business! The WORST!

Well to begin I deposited funds into my bit strike account almost 24 hours ago via Bitcoin. The fun still have not been added to my account and everyone I speak with continues to tell me that the proper team has not started working on my case yet considering I made a complaint to them yesterday you would figure that they would start working on my case and just refund me my money I cannot get a normal answer from anyone and still yet can't get my money out of the people... I am not going to change anything that I've written because obviously I wrote it because that's the situation and anything I would edit would make it a lie so I'm not going to edit anything I'm going to add to and tell everyone that yes eventually it did get added and I actually even won and cashed out through their establishment as a Bitcoin transaction which in any other establishment has always cashed out within minutes this cash out took three full days via Bitcoin so I don't understand that it's definitely nowhere that I will be playing or putting my money into ever again

Bitstrike.io casino let me down hard

Bitstrike.io casino is absolutely appalling. I made a deposit in litecoin on July 16, and of course everything went through on my end, the transaction sent and completed. I go to check my balance after awhile, and nothing was on my account, I was immediately concerned and contacted support. I'm sorry to say this, but Bitstrike.io support is no good. To my misunderstanding my deposit never updating to my account balance was treated as a request that needed to be transferred and picked up by the appropriate department, accepted, resolved and then I would be told to wait for an email that nobody knew when I would receive. After desperately trying to find out what the issue was, I was completely ignored on my last attempt. I was only told to wait for an email. It's going on 5 days now and nothing. No update to my account balance and no email from the "appropriate department".
