Large order $(150+) never arrived. Took my money though didnt they? What a scam. Had to have my bank charge it back.

It’s pointless to write friendly messages and ask customers to send you the results of kitbashes/projects made using your bits, if you then make blatant mistakes and brush off support requests with a partial refund, which is the bare minimum.
I was looking for a specific piece, not a small one, and thanks to the fact that you had that piece I discovered your online store and decided to buy it from you. I added some small other bits to that big one, which was essential to my project.
The day after receiving notifications that the entire order (all the bits, including the essential one) had been shipped, I got an email from your customer service telling me that the piece essential to me was actually out of stock, with a partial refund attached. The shipping cost though was around 10€, and without that larger part it wouldn’t have made any economic sense for me to place the whole order. After highlighting this, I’ve been ignored for two days so far. I won’t get those shipping 10€ back, even partially, but rest assured I’ll tell every hobbyist I know to avoid your store AT ALL COSTS. At least the package I received was well made and the lesser bits arrived safe, but mind that this is the ONLY reason that prevented me from giving you 1 damn star.

I bought five terminator legs to finish my squad which lacked legs for a lot of reasons. The purchase went well, no problems. The information from the company was very good. Got everything i needed, when i needed it.

Got the tracking link, it worked better then the ones in Sweden (haha).

The legs then arrived, fast i would say. The legs were exactly as i ordered them, and now i have a complete terminator squad.

Very happy with the purchase, information and bitz. I will comeback to buy more bitz in the future.

Terrible customer service I ordered twice with the CORRET address then got notifications that the order was undeliverable because of a mistake in the adress this happened twice when I receive post every day , refunds took me about 10 emails awful lazy customer service would NOT recommend

J'ai commandé un paquets de pièces détachées Warhammer sur bitzstore.com et tout est arrivé rapidement et bien emballé! Les pièces sont toutes en bon état et le service client est au top, j'y ferais mes prochaines courses sans hésitations !

Superb bits with quick delivery.

Everything was packaged nicely and the delivery was fast. Only thing missing from the order confirmation was the tracking link, which I got super fast by just asking from the friendly customer service. 5/5 Great experience.

J’ai acheté récemment plusieurs pots de peinture et un coffret chez eux. Les prix sont très intéressants. L’envoi était très rapide (2 jours) et l’emballage adéquat.
De plus, suite à deux erreurs de ma part, j’ai demandé à rajouter d’autres pots et de faire valoir un bon que j’avais. Et le SAV m’a directement contacté, a fait valoir mon bon et a rajouté les articles demandés. Sans oublier que la personne qui m’a contactée (Mathilde) était très sympathique.
Tout était parfait ! Je recommande à 100%. Je vais racheter chez eux.

The claim items are available and then ship partial orders without informing the customer. I would have cancelled my order if I knew I would not get my full order and they charged huge shipping fee and did not even offer partial refunding for shipment. They make excuses and try offer coupons, but why would I want coupons from a business that is not honest about what they will send to you. The seller blackmailed me to change my review and when I refused that threatened to cancel my other pending order. They admitted that did not inform me when they knew the partial order was going to be sort. They claimed they communicate always, but did not in this case. Their policy on refund is not applicable since they did not even inform of the issue before shipping my order. This situation would not have happened if they just alerted me of issue before shipping the order. The fact they tried to hold another order as ransom shows how this company truly acts. Using coupons to force their customer to buy from them when they messed up is not right. No disrespect was given, I just wanted explanation of what went wrong and wanted a solution. Again lies from this company. This vendor did not communicate the issue and arrogant/lack accountability in their mess up.

Husk at læse det med småt - hvilket vi desværre ikke gjorde :( købt bestil til 16 og brugt 3x, farven skaller af.....men læser man det med småt under produkt detaljer. Må bestikket IKKE maskin opvaskes. Vi lever 2019, hvem producere bestik som ikke kan tåle maskin opvask :(

Heldigvis findes der billigere mærker som godt kan maskinopvaskes ;)

Très bon site, que j'utilise dès que j'ai une idée de conversion, ou avoir les pièces manquantes pour disposer de toutes les options d'une grosse figurines.

En plus, les gens sont arrangeants et sympas lorsque l'on passe des commandes rapprochées au lieu de les regrouper, au fil d'une conversion.

Continuez ! Encore !
