I requested to print 3 catalogs but…
I requested to print 3 catalogs but received only 2. There is no opportunity to see the final uploaded design for the catalog therefore it was an option to upload a pdf with the slides. Although they charge for the design services every single order. Maybe it was the first ever request they got for the catalog printing but they printed with dates, page numbers etc even on the cover page. If you an experience company would you not realize that for the catalog only slides needs to be printed? not the entire pdf page? if any questions why not sending an email to consult about the submitted design? how many catalogs you see requested to be printed with aside notes? To contact customer support is mission impossible as emails do not work and website AI chat does not help

I had a great experience ordering business cards from Bizay. The process was straightforward, and the design and ordering system was easy to use. The quality of the cards exceeded my expectations — they feel professional, well-finished, and exactly as I wanted for my business.
Delivery was also fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, very reliable service and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Bizay to anyone looking for professional business printing.
