Dishonest and failed to disclose requirements upfront.
I reached out and a Steve responded. He would not disclose the requirements and ignored every question and concern I proposed. Companies are sharing sensitive and private information, so you want to make sure you trust and understand requirements before exchanging that type of information.
Any person or company that refuses to disclose the requirements, I can not do business with.
