The lady that helped me was outstanding, I think her name was jodi.

The quality of the product is second to none, also the embroidery V GOOD.

Outstanding Company in every respect. I have ordered loads of item's, (many hundred's of pounds) and they have always been prompt and very professional in the way they dealt with me. You can phone them, Jodi has always been very friendly and goes above and beyond to help with any enquiry. Emailing is exactly the same.
I would 100% recommend this Company to anyone.
To give an example of one experience. I requested an order for an event but I thought I had left it way too late to get the order completed and delivered. I phoned them up and Spoke to Jodi, she took my order over the phone, sent an email for my approval, it was authorised and paid for and within 5 working day's the order arrived, over 20 garment's, different sizes and item's.
I will be using them again.

I have a Bed & Breakfast business which has a super logo (The Falcon House, since you ask) and I wanted some new tee shirts to publicise our new logo. Alice was super helpful and produced an embroidered shirt that really captured the look of our brand. Unfortunately there was a slight mix up with the reverse of the shirts, which meant two had to be redone. We all make mistakes, it’s how they are resolved that counts. Alice and her team immediately got to work on replacements, which were ready in a matter of days- no extra charge and we kept the old ones! Proper service, great product and nice people, we will look to have more of their products going forward.

Excellent service. Had three goes at getting Magpie Lane T shirts printed for the folk band of the same name, and was shown great patience and assistance to get them as the band want. Now that the T shirts have been released into the wild, I feel that an order for more may well be forthcoming early 2025.

Needing quite a few different garments with different logos, I thought it might be a challenge, but Ian Shaw was extremely patient with me and thoroughly professional.
The quality of all the items ordered was exactly what we were looking for and a great service from start to finish.

I'm very happy with the quality of the clothing, quality of the printing and embroidery and also the speed of delivery, I even had some proofs sent to me to check something as I ordered a garment that was dark and the print wouldn't have been noticeable so instead of just printing I was contacted to double check, which I liked as I made a mistake.

Great service so far and I will soon be looking at ordering more clothing for our business.

Excellent service and quality. As a business I have used several companies to do my embroidery and clothing, this company are by far the best on price, service and quality. I will not use anyone else now!

Being a new start up and not knowing exactly what I wanted was what I thought, going to be an issue.

However The Manger at Black Mountain listened to what I thought the issue was and applied the necessary changes where required and the outcome was absolutely first class.

the quality of the garments is second to none and the turnaround from our first phone call to actual delivery was an impressive 2 weeks.
