It's okay overall. Maybe I'm just used to other apps, so my expectations aren't that high. I mostly trade on my phone, and I just need simple, easy-to-use trading functions. I can simply drag a line on the chart to place a position, and it calculates my risk directly on the chart, so I'm okay with it.

I have used multiple platforms. I have been trading full time for 14 years.
What made my experience five star. Is the customization of the platform from the appearance to language, risk management, it also directly connects to discord and WhatsApp right on the platform so I don’t have to open different windows. The graphics are so sharp.

Platform issue caused my account breach, and support hasn’t taken it seriously

My experience with BlackArrow has been extremely disappointing.

A high-lot trade appeared on my account without my authorization, which ultimately led to my account being breached. As the account owner, I should have full control over every order placed. A trading platform should never allow unexplained trades to appear, especially when they can result in account termination.

I immediately contacted support and provided all the details, but I feel my concerns have not been taken seriously. This issue has cost me valuable time, money, and trust.

This isn’t just about losing an account—it’s about platform reliability. Traders invest both financially and emotionally into these challenges, and unexpected platform behavior can have serious consequences.

I hope BlackArrow thoroughly investigates cases like mine, improves platform stability, and provides fair resolutions when genuine technical issues are reported.

La piattaforma è molto lenta, macchinosa, poco intuitiva e con pochissimi strumenti di analisi. Con la tecnologia di oggi, ed esistendo piattaforme molto più prestanti e veloci, mi aspettavo più rapidità di esecuzione e molti più strumenti per analizzare i grafici.

I've been using BlackArrow for a few month, and it's been great to see how much the platform has improved.

One thing I really like is how responsive the charts and price updates feel. In my experience, BlackArrow feels noticeably faster than TradingView, which makes a big difference for scalping.

The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or encountered issues.

There are still a few small areas that could be improved, such as order execution behavior (for example, how take-profit orders are handled), but overall my experience has been very positive.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to develop, and I plan to keep trading with it.

Blackarrow is a very smooth platform. Great execution speed and easy to edit your trade and set it up. They have a lot of unique features that will be game changing to the industry!

I mostly use MT5 and so far try this platform and it might be on my case only that I could not catch on how to enter the buy and sell and set the SL or TP easily, hence until now for 2 weeks already I still not know how to use the platform to trade. If it is a new platform why not make it not only professional but also user-friendly and easy to use.

Like the platform and how it is easy to set up stops and limits. The videos on how to set it up are very nice. Been trading it for about 2 weeks. The only negatives I have is I can not trade some stocks that are not main stream stocks and I get messages in Spanish sometimes. I have not had any freezing or other trading problems others have had. Every time I put in a ticket on discord I get a response and the problem is fixed or they have an answer for me. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of not being able to trade all stocks and the messages in Spanish. Other than that I think it is a great platform.

I participated in a tournament, but somehow, the platform did not allow me to close out on a short position, I was up $10k but because of consecutive errors, I could not close out on that position and I was in red $6000 after a rally back up in NQ.
I contacted support, and also issued a ticket in the Discord chat, to which they replied they will fix it, but they essentially did not. I even had screenshots of messages telling them live-time that I wanted to close the short position, the specific price where I wanted to buy and take profit in NQ. But no, support just ignored my requests, did not fix the error, and declared other winners in the trading competition, not me. I would have been in the top 3 otherwise.

To make matters worse, they closed the ticket saying they solved the problem without asking me.
To boot, the Trademakers platform was very confusing because messages were in Brazilian portuguese or something, which took time for me to interpret and understand as I am not a Portuguese speaker.

All in all, very bad experience, and I will unfortunately never use it again. I hope others don't have to go through the same sht that I experienced and go with other trading prop firms,

Tive já vários problemas com a plataforma, tive um problema por erro da mesma no dia 11 que até agora nao foi resolvido e ontem nao constou o dia positivo que fiz no dia anterior, mas falaram que iam consertar, fizeram uma atualizaçao na plataforma e depois disso, deu como minha conta estourada e que a minha inscrição na plataforma tinha sido cancelada, entrei em contato com eles e abriram um chamado e que é pra eu aguardar, mas não tem prazo pra resposta, eu trabalho com isso pra pagar as minhas contas, agora fico sem trabalhar ate eles resolveremm tudo, sem prazo, um desgaste emocional enorme, nao recomendo pra ninguem

Sadly have to use this broker and platform with the 5%ers Prop firm. Many bad experiences. You can see false data moves if you watch carefully and compare with other professional data feeds. Frozen data while trades are open which means your stop loss doesnt trigger for example I was up by $1000 and i had a stop at -$350 and it froze. I watched price on other platforms go drastically past my stoploss over 15 minutes while i was contacting 5%ers support which so far with any issue has never been resolved, you know the usual "our logs show this" well yeah the data is crap so maybe fix it by getting rid of a crappy broker like Blackarrow. Was given a link to use the web platform since my desktop one was not working lmao literally no chart loaded for over 15 minutes although a little popup did appear down the bottom saying stop loss hit..... thanks for the $980 loss that neither 5%ers or Blackarrow will probably do anything about.

In essence Black Arrow has a platform and data that is unreliable 75% of the time.
5%ers Prop firm for some reason or maybe its just the support people i have had, just purely rely on the unreliable data and platform which ends up meaning you pay money to fail because of your own mistakes which is fine but then you pay to fail through no fault of your own.

Will i continue with them? What other choice do I have since a lot of shady stuff happens with 90% of prop firms?

Honestly the app has a lot of good features. My problem is that it lags very much and sometimes you're even unable to make trades on specific instruments.

Also you can have trades open and you'll not know until your account is breached.

The Blackarrow platform is the worst trading platform i have ever traded on. It freezes at will and hide running trade position until equity is breached. I was using this same Blackarrow platform for the 5ers Futures trading, after closing my position and thinking I am done with trading I received a message from the 5ers telling me my account is breached as a result of a nasdaq sell trade running at the background. I denied responsibility and it has been a tussle between me and the 5ers. My account number: 1238321. Please, your platform is causing some traders like me to have their account equity breached through no fault of theirs. The 5ers gave me $35 hub to add to and purchase another challenge but I still see this as an unfair deal all because of the Blackarrow. I am willing to provide you with every evidence that you may need. Please fix the platform for traders.

All the tutorials are non english, finding it difficult to trade on the platform. Looks Good and rich UI, but no help in english found.

Es una excelente interfaz para hacer trading, ya se forex, acciones, indices, materias primas, fondos, ETF o futuros. Periodos de tiempo desde 1 segundo, buena resolución, muy lúdica y un soporte en linea maravilloso. Espero muchos intermediarios la adopten pronto, ya que está muy limitada la oferta, me gustaría ver a Exness ahí.

Black arrow has a lot of good features, but is quite unreliable. I have had numerous problems trading and have to contact the support to get it fixed. I will be trading a ticker one day, then unable to trade the same ticker the next day. There’s been multiple days where I have not been able to trade at all, and have to wait for them to fix things. The weird part is I belong to a stock trading group and there are other people using it, and have no issues with it that day. But many of them report having issues like I do as well.

Been using blackarrow through thetrademakers.com platform. Wow wish I had found this platform before! For Equities trading its the best I have seen and I have used them all. It blows thinkorswim or Das Trader out of the water
