Waited almost 3 hours when I reserved a car 2 days prior. Kept calling to see where car was and was told 3 times it was in the way. When driver finally arrived he said he was only assigned our pick up 10 mins prior.

Pre-booked airport transfers months in advance on behalf of a colleague and was charged at the point of booking (absolutely fine). They refused to provide an invoice/receipt for the transaction until after the journey's have taken place (less than fine). That doesn't help those of us who have to submit receipts with our expenses. Had to wait months for reimbursement. Thanks Blackberry Cars!

Reliable, efficient and friendly. We were picked up on time and driven the 120 miles to Heathrow in style. We’d booked a saloon car which turned out to be a large very smart Mercedes. A great start to our holidays.

Booked a driver for Stansted to Gatwick itinerary. Punctual at the meeting point. Monitoring our flight which has arrived 30 minutes earlier and nevertheless he was there. He managed to communicate with us. Very nice experience, we will book again in the future if needed.

Please never use their service incase you are looking for after payment service. They might be cheaper than others and they respond in minutes when you want to book a Taxi. But eventually the service you get after you pay the money is adverse. Also, if you are in need of a Receipt/Invoice never take their service. I am still running behind them to get a Receipt for the last 2 weeks for the Travel that I made from Heathrow and paid Cash to the driver. Till now the only response and that too only once last week is that (This has been requested to our billing department) 10 days back. One of the worst experience and I am still waiting for the Receipt to claim the bill with my company.

I have to say, having used Blackberry Cars before I have had no issues, drivers are always there, usually early, they are friendly, cars are clean and they are very good value for Heathrow/London commutes and certainly more convenient. This is the first time I have dealt with the Office. Changing a hotel for a pick up took far too many confusing emails from different people. Paid by Paypal, never again. You get no confirmation of payment, took several mis-understood emails and a phonecall to finally have this confirmed. The chap on the end of the call pretty much hung up on me. It has now been 4 days since my journey and still no invoice as promised. Expenses will be another 4 weeks away now as I missed the window due to this. Use them, but pay the driver and obtain an invoice from him.

Facing the challenge of getting from Cheltenham to St Pancras to catch an early train to France, I was unable to source a local service at a reasonable cost. Not having used Blackberry Cars before, I relied on their reviews.
I can highly recommend the care and professional approach right from my initial enquiry to ensuring that our pickup and return journeys went smoothly.
The return from Paris by Eurostar was delayed and I had to put Blackberry Cars 24/7 service to the test. All dealt with efficiently and I could rest assured that the change in arrival time was not a problem and later time was arranged.
Sincere appreciation of the exceptionally high standards of customer care I experienced. The drivers were great, the cars were immaculate and all I and my travelling companion had to do was sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

I had always used the Express from Heathrow into London, catching a cab at Paddington to my flat, but on this occasion, I had more bags and didn't want to fight with them. I found Blackberry Cars online and booked it. I also noticed that the Express rates had gone up significantly and that made Blackberry Cars an equal financial commitment.
Beyond money, it was so much easier and more pleasant to have Machiek waiting there for me to assist and welcome me with a wonderful attitude back to London. I have just now booked him for my return to Heathrow and spoke with Dominic to arrange it. I'm not sure of the qualifications for hiring with this firm, but surely gracious manners, intelligence and kindness are at the top because both Machiek and Dominic had all of that and more.
I highly recommend Blackberry Cars, over fighting the tube and cabs, for both arrival and departure in London.

Used Blackberry Cars for airport collection of family members (a service we don't normally use but on this occasion it was necessary) and it was worth every penny; Heathrow to Oxford £65. Easy to make booking online but also someone at the end of the phone when I wanted to check booking was all okay, nearer the date. Text notification on day of booking for when driver was 'on way to pick-up point' and when driver 'at pick-up point'. Once on destination journey, you are able to track the vehicle's progress on a map, so you know exactly when arrival will be. Driver extremely helpful and pleasant. An absolutely fabulous company and service!!!

By far the most reliable and reasonably priced airport travel anywhere in London. We have used them many times and they are always on time and great value. I had to cancel at short notice due to a snafu by BA and they refunded my money in full with no quibbles once I explained the problem. I will never use anyone else.
