We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.

Unfortunately, it appears the parcel was damaged in transit by the courier, and the tape was lost as a result. We understand how frustrating this must have been.

As soon as the issue was raised, we processed a full refund as a replacement was not required.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and if there’s anything further we can assist with, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

This review relates to an order placed before we were registered on Trustpilot, and we made multiple attempts at the time to assist and resolve the issue directly with the customer. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a resolution despite our efforts.
