After searching for someone to help manage my social media channels, Ben from BlackFire got in touch and I was immediately impressed with his communication and ability to understand my situation. I'd had many emails from other people/companies offering assistance, but Ben offered to meet in person so we could discuss my needs and fully explore how he could help. For me it was a no-brainer from the start.

Since we started working together a few months ago Ben and his team have taken on many other roles, allowing me to free up time in my schedule to focus on other areas of the business, which has resulted in huge growth which couldn't have been achieved without this help. Small administrative tasks, large complex jobs, monitoring emails, brand outreach, digital marketing, thumbnail design, social media account management are just a dew of the things Ben is in charge of now, and it has been the best decision I've made so far on this business venture.

Ben and his team are incredibly impressive, he seems to understand what I need without too much explanation, and this allows me to "mentally offload" so much that would otherwise be a distraction for me, and he does everything to such a high standard.

10/10 service so far, and I hope it continues for a long time to come.

Ben and co. put together around 10 different content videos which have performed really well for us on Instagram.

BlackFire Marketing worked Only Nice People on a small filming project. We worked with Ben who is a really good Videographer. He grasped the brief, added a good level of creativity and was really professional to work with. He filmed and edited a lovely 90" Business Spotlight video for one of our member businesses; Acorn Mortgages.
