This gardening company please by all means please avoid, the man that runs this above company called Kevin is definitely not trustworthy and not reliable in running his gardening business at all. I enquired by email the first time when I come across his business almost about a month ago from now because it was the 28th June 2019 that I send an email with photos based on enquiry for a quote for my gardening, then about a couple days later on the 1st of July 2019, I received a email from this person Kevin from the organization by saying that it is something that he could help me with but what I need to do is to contact him on these following telephone numbers that you can see on his website so he make a site visit. Anyway when I finally get hold of him by phone to arrange a visit to do my gardening on the 1st of July 2019. He said he would turn up on the next day the 2nd of July 2019 at noon, When that day finally came was the man Kevin anyway to be found though. No he was not, he did not turn up for our appointment that he set for me 4 that day and did not have the common courtsey to even to let me know earlier on in the day that he was not coming it only coming towards the mid afternoon during evening time when my instinct was telling that this gardener was no good and that could be the reason why when I asked him to comfirm my appoinment for the 2nd of July 2019 by email which was the day b4, he did not do it he wanted me to remind him what time my appointment was with him by email through our telephone conversation which this type of behaviour was not professional to say the least. Then when I did gave him the benefit of the doubt by accepting this behaviour he did not even show up to the appointment that we arranged over the phone. Then when he did eventually call me later on in the evening why he did not show up for his appointment, he came up with this excuse was that his house got burgled late in the evening on the same day when we spoke to each other and his phone got stolen and that is why he could not contact me to let me know so he can arrange the appointment for another day. He said he was at the police station the whole late last night giving a statement during that evening based on his house and phone being nicked. When I look at the phone that he call me on it was the same number you see on his website so how does that explain that phone got nicked last night but he manage to call me on the same number in space of few hours during the next day after the incident. Anyway by this time I already made up my mind this guy Kevin is a fraud, he is not reliable or trustworthy and when I realised that I was right about his character I came across 2 reviews that was negative about him and his organization and the review that stood out 4 me was the one which I put a link below this comment because this former customer of blackheathtreecare experience the same unreliable and poor service what I experienced with Kevin and funny enough after I finished reading this review during the same day when Kevin suppose to meet me regarding our appointment for my quote and that is when he call me up 2 tell me his excuses. But by then I already made up my mind about him and his character that I won't be requiring is services ever again even if I was desperate 4 gardener because he is not at all genuine or honest with all his customers which also doesn't make him reliable. So please viewers take my advice avoid Kevin and his blackheathtreecare gardening services because u will one day come across his character, not be honest, very unreliable and not professional by all means and u will regret making any arrangement in doing business with him.
