I've been a loyal customer of BlackMilk Clothing for upwards of 15 years now and there's a reason: not only is their clothing incredible, both in design and quality, their customer service is exceptional! I've rarely ever needed assistance but, on the rare occasion that I have, it's been best in class. I would recommend BlackMilk and their products to anyone without hesitation!

Wonderful Customer Service
I had an issue with a package that was unfortunately lost after being marked as delivered. BlackMilk’s customer service was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the situation, and they went above and beyond to help make things right. My most recent interaction with Lorelei was especially lovely—she was warm, helpful, and genuinely made my day. It’s rare to have a customer service experience that leaves such a positive impression, and I really appreciate how well BlackMilk takes care of their customers. I’ll happily continue shopping with them!

The prints are always incredible and I love that bring out prints that everyone in my family would love, like the Van Gogh prints, LOTR, Pokemon, cat prints, florals, space etc. Means I can wear things that each of my kids have a particular interest in and make my kids smile. Now my eldest daughter is older and can fit the sizes, we can both shop at BM too, can always find stuff she will wear.

With all due respect, you asked me to send pics and if possible model them. I explained in graphic detail the very distinctive differences that you won’t see with the items laid flat! Your long responses which will be posted elsewhere shows customer loyalty. You even flagged this review!! My human right and you flagged it before responding.. it is against consumer law to make a customer pay postage for a product that is not as described! Looking at the other reviews I feel confident that I will be placing the bm clothing I have in the bin, I didn’t just give bm a try, I have been a customer for half a decade. This is why people don’t support local. I paid postage and basically donated $16 to nothing. However, in future your sales are likely to dramatically decline I imagine. Good day. I’ll just leave this here and you can update your replies all you desire. Bottom line is, I think you truly know what the reality is. All the best with that.
Basically $200 for 2 temu tops.
Cuts, sizing, expectation Vs reality is temu also.
Then you have to pay postage to return it. I encourage all to report them to consumer affairs as by law it’s illegal what they are doing.
Never will I support their ‘made in China’ again.

We offered the option of photos either on or off the body, as laid-flat photos are completely fine, but unfortunately we weren't able to complete our review without the requested information.
We’re always happy to investigate when something doesn’t seem right, and we genuinely want to work with our customers to find a resolution. We just need the opportunity to review the items first so we can assess the situation fairly and consistently.
It’s disappointing that this has reached this point, especially when we had been trying to support you through the process. We completely respect that customers have the right to share their experiences and feedback, but we also have a responsibility to ensure reviews accurately reflect the interactions and processes that took place. As we are not engaging in any unlawful practices, we have flagged the review where we believe it contains claims that are inaccurate or misleading.
As outlined in our Returns Policy, we don't cover return shipping costs for items that aren't faulty or misrepresented. However, we have offered to refund your return postage as a gesture of goodwill once the items are received and inspected.
While we're genuinely sorry this purchase wasn't the right fit for you, we do appreciate you giving BlackMilk a try and wish you all the best.
