I have lived in one of Carol & Paul's properties for 1 year now. They have provided an extremely comfortable living experience so far. I live with a great group of people who will be friends for a long time to come.

They are attentive and active in maintaining the property and getting things fixed, if needed. A weekly cleaner ensures communal areas are kept nice and clean.

During the pandemic they have provided help with rent and cleaning supplies which has helped massively in maintaining a level of cleanliness and sanity.

For the price, the room and property are excellent and I would highly recommend Carol & Paul as prospective landlords for anyone searching for properties in the area.

Rented a room in a shared house for 2 years with no problems at all. Very well managed property where other tenants are very respectable and friendly. Any faults are quickly rectified and requests are well received and actioned (if practical). I highly recommend the landlords and their properties for any professional seeking high quality house shares.

I lived in one of Carol's and Paul's properties in Woking for 2 years and I can confirm that they are great landlords. The house is in great condition, cleaned regularly, and on the rare occasion that something needs fixing, they respond immediately. It is also very important that they ensure that like-minded tenants are sharing the property, which is great as I've made some good friends. The only reason I left, is work-related, but should I ever be back in Surrey, they will be my first contact!

I lived in one of Carol and Paul’s houses in Surrey for 6 months and they were really great landlords. The house was kept in good shape, and you get a lot of value for your money compared to other house-shares around the area (cleaner & gardner included). I also lived with some of the most amazing housemates who I will keep in touch with for the long run. Highly recommend.

Paul and Carol have been great landlords since moving into the house, I have been here 2 years now and any issue is sorted straight away and anything we need for the house arrives the same week. The house and rooms are of a great standard and cleanliness. This has all made me and other housemates happy at the house staying here for a long time.

Carol and Paul are really lovely landlords, who keep all their properties to an extremely high standard. They ensure that likeminded individuals live in the properties, so I made friends with my housemates and really enjoyed my time in Surrey. They are on hand to fix even the smallest issue, and I definitely will be calling again if business brings me back to Surrey.

Stayed in one of their houses for around 12 months on a work placement, extremely nice house & housemates, and well managed. Kept clean and very well maintained. Landlords are super responsive which is always a positive. Only reason I vacated was because I relocated again through work. Would recommend 100%.

Very nice house, clean and tidy, with a lovely garden where you can relax and have a barbecue. Carol and Paul are the best landlords you can deal with, available and kind, very attentive to the care of the house. Unfortunately I had to move for business reasons, otherwise I wouldn't have moved from there.

The room and all amenities were sparkling clean, well-equipped, communication with the landlord was excellent and all housemates were nice and friendly. Great experience overall, the only reason for moving out was that I changed jobs. Paul & Carol will be the first to call if I ever need a place in Woking.

Hands down the best landlords I've ever had. They were quick to reply to any queries I had, and were genuinely friendly and very caring. I had no issues with the property. It was very clean and well maintained by cleaners and gardeners. Would definitely recommend them!
