I've made a couple of purchases of products from Blackroll. I appreciate the range and quality of the products. Even though they are a little pricey they are worth the extra spend for quality and reliability. Orders take a couple of weeks from WA and the company is upfront about that. Out of curiosity (not concern) I wanted to check the freight progress so I clicked on view order/track order with shop and up pops a QR code. I scanned the code only to find that I'm required to download the Shopify app. No I don't want to download an app just to check where my order is at in the pipeline nor do I want to contact Blackroll help. I should be able to check without needing to download an app!

Bought the compression boots and received them in early Dec 2023 and had them just over a month and one of batteries stopped charging. So now I can’t use the boots

While the batteries worked the boots worked great, you get about a hour of use out of each charge. I use the boots about 2-3 times a week, so after about 20 uses one battery won’t charge at all so the boots don’t work. Very poor quality of batteries to last only a month. I tried different usb-c cables to see if it was the cable but different trouble shooting proved it was a battery issue.

I have reached out to Black roll twice with no response.

I found out about their duo ball from my first ever personal trainer in 2017 and honestly, I could never go back to a regular foam roller. These stay off the spine and are just perfect in terms of rolling out your back. They really get into it!

I spoke at length to Christoph where I quizzed him on the duo ball, the foam roller and the trigger point ball as well as the different sizes.

He was exceedingly patient and helpful to me. I was a bit excitable and eager to ask all my questions and find out all the information, interrupting him at times, but he explained everything I wanted to know clearly and concisely, which didn't go unnoticed. I greatly appreciated it!

I also needed to make a change to my order and that was done with a minimum of fuss by Christoph.

I talk about them to anyone who I see with a regular foam roller and have bought them for all my family and friends as gifts. They all love them!

The SLS edition of the duoball was a fantastic touch. And it's cool to have their emblem on the product! The people who I've given them to are really into the beach and that's been an added bonus on top.
Postage was fast and without any plastic packaging which is environmentally conscious.

You can't go wrong with Blackroll and trust me, you will not regret it!

Purchase was easy with good detail on products for choosing what I need

Easy order process, fast delivery and a great product. I've had a boxers injury for the past 25 years which I recently injured again, specialist recommended 'Blackroll' and honestly in a couple of weeks it has changed everything for the better, have pretty much full movement of finger/knuckle for the first time In years, awesome!

Delivery was on time and the pillow is perfect, never slept better!)

This is the second pillow ive bought and probably more to come! Having chosen it form the Scenic Eclipse onboard Pillow Menu! whilst on holidays, I bought one on my return - my kids love them so much i've now had to start buying them for the rest of the family! so good and easy to take on holiday too - rolls up small!

I love all of my Blackroll products and use them most days. The products are of excellent quality and offer so many ways to use them for everyone of all ages and fitness levels.

Product description was not clear and misleading it was the pillow case instead of pillow my money got wasted. Is there any option to return it or replace or get refund?

I am finding it quite comfortable. Only thing is, I am quite tall so I find it a little bit small.

But all in all, quite happy with the product and it arrived quite quick in the mail
