I paid for a new xs power battery and received a severely scratched battery with deep Scratches and even some kind writing scratched onto to it. There were damages to every corner of the battery like it had been thrown on a concrete floor a few times. I did receive a full refund.

Thanks for your review. Although a little harsh. We uphold a high level of service, however if an item is sent to us from the supplier in a sealed package how are we are to know if it has any such defect? Why would we gamble our reputation? We don't unpack the 100s of items before we ship out, we have zero reason to do so.
Thankfully we've sold 1000s of batteries over a decade without any issues like you faced. It seems this one went through the screening process at XS Power and we did the right thing. 1 Star review would be acceptable if we didn't provide you the customer service and dragged it out. Nothing to hide here.
We of course refunded the customer almost immediately upon arranging our courier to collect
1 Star review, we will take on the chin - But in the grand scheme it seems like a customer is abusing the review system to paint a different picture to reality.

WOW!!! My head has been blown away!! Recommended
Probably one of the only places based in the UK to get decent car audio products and advice from. I upgraded my system with the B2 Mani amp for its compact size and clout plus I purchased a XS Power battery from Blade ICE to give my B2 Riot amp the power it deserves and WOW!!! My head has been blown away!! What little hair I did have left on my head has completely gone. I Recommend Blade ICE to any fellow bass head and or car audio lover.

The packaging is how it comes from the manufacture and how they are shipped worldwide. On the rare occasion that the packaging is badly handled 99% of cases all goods arrive unscathed. You could have informed us about this upon arrival but wasn't made aware? We kept you informed along the way that delays were out of our control but never the less we understand this isn't convenient. Still I hope you will enjoy your purchase :)
Overall great service!
Purchased a fi 21 neo 4.11 and My order arrived a bit later than expected but was told this was due to shortage of materials on Fi Audio's side. Aside from the longer wait. They kept me updated throughout the process and were extremely friendly and very polite. I couldn't be happier with my sub :)

Good Quality but haven't installed
So I have an amplifier installed and I wanted change the power and ground wire to something better. Finding decent OFC 4 gauge is pretty difficult but I came across this gem! It does feel solid and can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. I didn't have it installed though as I went to a an audio installer and he was like there isn't much point and it'll be a waste of money on my side. But I'm really impressed with Blade Ice, even the little heat shrinks
