I found my experience at blade Triumph absolutely brilliant Nigel was fantastic in helping me choosing my new bike, he sorted all the paperwork out and made it easy just to drive away with a big smile on my face.

Just purchased a used Harley Sportster S from the Abingdon branch. After an initial enquiry about a bike they had in stock but had been reserved, Mark Frith was very helpful in locating a suitable alternative. He was able to arrange a decent price for my part ex and for the new bike, and kept me regularly updated on its progress throughout the buying process despite it falling over the Christmas period. The delivery driver also couldn’t have been more helpful when dropping my bike off and taking the old one away.

Based on my experience I’d happily recommend Mark and Blade Abingdon.

I brought my Yamaha into Blade in Stratford Upon Avon just seeing if they could help me with my front light. Spoke to Adam who pointed out a few other issues with my bike and he also showed me how to adjust the chain and fit a front light myself. Couldn't of been happier with the service this place is clearly run by a passionate and friendly team

Always subjective but Marius was great in dealing with me with plenty of info and easy communication from getting in touch for a test ride all the way through for collection of a new bike. The process was nice and easy and he was never pushy. Marius is also your man if you want to know anything about Suzuki!
Ben who helped me out at collection was professional, friendly and got me through trade in and pick up nice and quick. Will be back for initial service and no doubt after that, thanks for a positive experience so far and recommend blade Swindon for anyone looking for a new bike.

Ben is an asset to the Blade group. He approached me in a friendly manner and listened to my needs of what I wanted. Using his experience he was able to line me up with a few bikes to test ride. He wasn't pushy in any way which was a refreshing experience compared to some sales persons in the past. Keep up the great work and thank you for your time.

Recently bought a new bike from blademotorcycles can’t rate them high enough the staff are friendly and approachable, they are happy to leave you to look around and sit on as many bikes as you want but are there if you need help. Marius dealt with my sale he was friendly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sale. I’d recommend anyone looking for a bike goes there.

My recent experience with BladeMotorcycle Ltd was one among the Best. I purchased one of my dream bikes from Blade(Swindon). The sales team, specifically Marius Steyn ensured the process was smooth with paper work, delivered on time, on a planned special day and sacrificed his own personal time to ensure he made my day. The after sales experience has been good as well with regard to advising bike accessories, service etc. The entire team co-operated well right from advising the best bike to ensuring it was delivered on time. Also, appreciate Colin Stanton for his in depth knowledge and explanation on KTM. I would strongly recommend Blade.

Marius was very helpful when I went in to look at my options, showing me several bikes. I chose the Honda crf300 rally and it was ready for collection within a week.
Only negative point was that the manual was missing but this is being rectified at the moment.
So far so good and loving the bike

Just bought a bike for my son from blade KTM, I did an enquiry online and the next day I had a personalised video showing me around the bike in question which was a nice touch. All it took was a couple of phone calls to ask them some questions and I picked it up that weekend 👌 Colin Stanton was great throughout the process and made it so straightforward, so thanks for that! Would highly recommend

Wonderful service from Marius couldn’t have had a better experience

I went to the bike show last week and came away with a desire to try out a few different bikes, I phoned KTM Swindon and spoke to Ben who was really informative and helped book me in for two test rides that week.

Ben was very welcoming on the day, showed me a multiple versions of the models I was interested in that they had instock while explaining the different features and levels available.

Both test rides went really well and again, the walk through on the features available for while I was out on the bike gave me a great insight to what’s available.

Ben was really understanding when discussing what options I was looking for and helped with providing me really clear options to move forward.

Overall I had a great experience at Blade KTM, even other members of the dealership stepped in to add their experiences and guidance on the models I was looking at which made it feel more relaxed and enjoyable.

I’d happily use again and already looking forward to my next visit!

I Just recently Bought a 2023 KTM 125sx motocross bike from blade swindon, I dealt with Marius as my salesman and hes a great laugh, and makes the process of handover pretty smooth and easy, unfortunately he was away for the hand over but enjoying a well deserved holiday so fair play.

The young chap who dealt with the handover whilst Marius was away was pleasant, he did forget to give me some bits and bobs that come with the bike from KTM so had to make a trip back out to grab them.

I frequently visit blade swindon as I'm into all types of motorcycles and brands and is a friendly environment. Unfortunately for blade and their customers they seem to be going through staff faster than Michael Dunlop goes through a set of tyres. They clearly have a staffing/hr/management issue that needs to be sorted.

Reading other reviews on trust pilot on the negative side of things it seems that the main issue is customer service "after" the bikes have been sold to their new owners and the term "customer service" comes up in nearly every negative review which would indicate a managerial issue / service management issue rather than a sales staff issue.

Overall it's a so far good dealership as I haven't personally had any issues as of yet with blade they just need to sort the turnover rate of staff out and it'll really turn around.

Called in for information on the speed t 1200 & got that an far more , competitive quote and information, went to the bike show at Birmingham yesterday shame the staff there knew nothing about the product, not very helpful!

Popped into Blade Motorcycles Swindon to have a look around and take a test drive on a 1290 Super Duke. Had a lovely chat with Marius from their sales team who set me up in no time. Great when the sales guy gets as excited as you about bikes! Excellent service with a smile.

Big thanks to Rian and the team at Blade Triumph in Swindon. I've never really ventured towards Triumph's but their knowledge and expertise was great in finding me my new bike! Thanks for all your help and I'll be back once the bike is all run in!

Marius (sales), Chris (Service Dept) couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable. Together they made my experience with Swindon Blade Motorcycles a pleasant one. Marius always took time to ensure that he provided me with the information I needed. Chris addressed a small issue on the new bike in quick time.
