Antwoord van Blazzing Fire
Dear T or M,
We are apolgize that your experience was less than stellar. However we are a bit confused since the last communication received from you was "final delivery has been made. it was a pleasure doing business with you. THANX AGAIN!". Although we do show that an email showing the shipping details was sent out, occasionally different filters and systems will block our communications.
We trust that you are enjoying your burner/log set combination and hope that you provide us with a chance to be of service in the future.
Sincerely,
The Blazzing Fire Team
Very knowledgeable and easy to reach

Antwoord van Blazzing Fire
Dear Susan,
We are sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. Regrettably, the order was received and processed after the Priority Mail cut off on the Friday 7/10. We were able to get the items in the mail on the 7/13 wit the expectation of delivery 7/15. Apparently the Postal Service had other plans and delivered on 7/17.
Although we are unable to control the delivery by local service, we do apologize for the delays and trust that they did not cause too much frustration (your package seems to have had an extended stay in both Dallas and Houston).
Sincerely,
The Blazzing Fire Team

Would definitely recommend this company!…
Placing my online order was very easy and the price was great. Shipping was fast. I was particularly impressed by how well my item was prepared for shipping - reinforcement on all the edges to prevent crushing and strapping as an added precaution. The box arrived in great condition!

It was easy to order my fireplace with Michelle’s help. When I need help figuring out what chimney parts I needed they helped me with that and shipped those to me. Josh was helpful in clarifying some of the instructions.

Great find…
I was thrilled to find the clean door available on your site. Our neighborhood uses these as doors on our brick mailboxes and one had a broken latch. Happy to know where to find replacements as we need them. O especially loved the personal touch of th thank you note that was included.
