The sand mold casting was a little…
The sand mold casting was a little rough! And why would you not put the guides on the back . So if you wanted to mount it to a side wall. The lettering would be upside down. For the slides to work.

Five Five Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Blazing Fire!
Five Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Blazing Fire!
I recently purchased the 2025 Napoleon Prestige Phantom from Blazing Fire, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with both the product and the service. From start to finish, this was hands down one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
First, the price was unbeatable. I did my research across several major retailers, and Blazing Fire offered the best deal by far—no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just great value.
Next, the shipping was lightning-fast. I placed my order and was amazed to have the grill delivered in perfect condition within just a couple of days. Everything was securely packaged and arrived exactly as described.
But what truly sets Blazing Fire apart is their top-tier customer support. From the moment I had a question about the model to post-delivery follow-up, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention nowadays.
The 2025 Napoleon Prestige Phantom itself is a beast—sleek, powerful, and built like a tank. It's clearly a premium grill that lives up to its reputation, and I'm confident it will be the centerpiece of my backyard for years to come.
If you're on the fence about where to buy your next high-end grill, do yourself a favor and go with Blazing Fire. Best prices, lightning-fast shipping, and customer service that actually cares—what more could you ask for?
