This is my first order with Bleusalt but will most certainly not be my last. I had already placed an order when I realized I could get a better discount by purchasing from the flash sale on my phone app. I contacted Customer Service and asked if I could possibly cancel my order and reorder from the app. They not only responded within hours, but also issued a refund the same day. By using the app, I was able to add two crews to the order for the same total! I'm excited to receive the products; based on customer reviews, I will be impressed!

I reached out to customer service because I had applied some points toward my next purchase, but I didn't take a screenshot of the code. I sent an email asking if they could resend the code to me, and within a few hours (not days like most customer service timelines), I received my code.
It's great to know this company truly values their customers.

Original post: I received $475 of clothing on Jan 7, submitted a return that same day for 2 of the 3 pants (over $325 value) and dropped the package at USPS. Apparently the package was lost in transit (not uncommon with the USPS) and Bleusalt will not refund me the money I am owed. The pants I kept were great, but by ignoring the basic tenets of customer service and giving the customer benefit of the doubt, they have lost one for good (and I would have been a repeat one, for sure), eroding trust in the business. Not cool.

This company stole $600 from me. I returned some of my purchases, because they sent them in the wrong size, and then refused to send them in the correct size. I would not recommend doing business with them!

I had ordered some clothing for the first time from this company and I was tracking the package so I could be home when it was delivered. Even though the tracking number says it was delivered no such package was delivered. When I reached out to customer service they said tough luck. They say that they'll help you as much as possible but clearly they won't. Now I'm out the money and without any of the clothes I ordered.

When I first found BLEUSALT I ordered the Cindy pant, the classic crew, a sleeveless top and sleeveless turtleneck all in blue.I love the navy color and the quality!
However the 2 sleeveless tops are too short (length wise) for me. I’m 59 and do not want to show my belly. Unfortunately, at that time I had no idea I could DM and ask for a return. That policy is my only complaint.
I do love wearing the pieces that fit me. They are a classy goto outfit that’s perfect for a night out, a luncheon or a day at the office…all while being 100% comfortable.
I’m about to order another color outfit in the lite fabric because it looks super comfortable for everyday. I’m a little nervous since it’s on sale, but I’m hoping if it doesn’t fit I’ll get help by DMing the company. Stay tuned…

I was truly excited to try the pieces I ordered—the colors and quality are beautiful. Unfortunately, I found that some items don’t fit my body as well as I hoped, so I’ll only be keeping a few pieces.
I used a promo code that was provided to me, not realizing that this would classify the order as “sale items.” I understand this may be stated on your site, but from my experience with other retailers, using a coupon code doesn’t typically restrict returns in the same way as purchasing marked-down sale items.
I kindly ask if you would consider making an exception and allow me to return the pieces I won’t be wearing, while keeping the ones that fit. I truly love your clothing, and moving forward I’ll avoid using promo codes so that returns remain straightforward.

Run to Bleusalt today in Malibu or online. I’ve emptied my closet to make room for all items from Bleusalt. Each is beyond my dreams of softness, comfort, style (classic…will never be out of style), colors are beautiful. I’ve found everything to be better than the photos. Sizing can be tricky, use their “find my size” and read the reviews for help. Customer service is excellent and the response rate is same day or early the following. If I lived in Malibu, I’d be applying for a job! Truly, it’s wonderful beyond words. I’m obsessed and addicted. Other fabrics now feel so scratchy, rigid and uncomfortable. Spoiled!

I had an excellent 1st time experience with my online purchase at Bleusalt. The shipping from California to Connecticut was very fast. The long sleeve "lite" t-shirt I ordered was high end quality, soft and a "true pitch black" color which was impossible to find elsewhere on the internet. Their customer service team was also helpful when I called to let them know I originally ordered two of the same t-shirts in different sizes and needed to return one (which was on sale), and they agreed to fully refund my original form of payment. I am so happy Bleusalt came down my facebook advertisement newsfeed and look forward to shopping again with them in the near future.

Bleusalt clothing was recommended to me by a friend. I loved my piece so well, I ordered several others. I can hardly wait until I can wear my fall wardrobe, for its 90+ degrees now! After an initial hiccup due to an email address mix up, Bleusalt were first class at remedying my issue.
I have now placed 3 orders and am very impressed with the fabric and styling of the items.
I will soon have a full set of one colour and will definitely purchase the same in different colour ways in the next few days.
The clothing looks good and would be equally at home in the office or casual settings, and perfect for travel. Perfect versaltility.
Orders are received swiftly despite being sent to the UK.

I absolutely adore BLEUSALT, it’s luxurious clothing, exceptional customer care, and such an easy shopping experience. Recently, I had a quick question about sizing, so I used the in-app chat feature. Within minutes, the customer service rep answered clearly and warmly. When I later had to return one item (which I rarely do), the in-app return process was super easy: I initiated within seconds, easy shipping, and a fast refund. Outstanding all around!

I placed a very large order because I was not sure about there sizing or the colors but only a few hours later after reading negative reviews about their return policy I called to cancel the order. No answer, so I wrote to their customer service to cancel… no response. I continued doing both for days and never got a response.
The order was sent to me and now I don’t know what to do. I guess I will go to my bank and figure out what the best strategy is.
This company has no customer service absolutely zero customer service.
I will follow up this review as my ordeal with this company proceeds. I hope it will be a somewhat satisfying and successful experience eventually as I don’t want to need to fully review a company incorrectly and interfere with their success, I shopped at blue salt because I thought they might be in very good company and that they cared about the environment so we will see how it all ends up

I am extremely nervous after reading the reviews regarding their return policy
I am a first time customer and not at all sure about their sizing and it is always difficult to get a good sense of the colors online. I over-ordered to find out which size is right for me .. because I ordered over $1000, I was given reduced pricing… but from reading customer reviews, this might be misleadingly interpreted as sale items and any returns could be denied. If that is the case, it is extremely misleading and devious. I am worried and have been trying to call them to cancel the order if this is the case but I get no response to calls or emails.
